Very professional service
Very professional service, highly recommend doing the Terra Fast priority service, taken in an electric car straight to our hotel for $14 euros. Enzo was very friendly and chatty and gave us lots of useful information. Will definitely use this service again.

I had an outstanding experience with Terravision, thanks to the professionalism and honesty of one of their drivers, Mr. Tudor.
After arriving in Milan from Bergamo Airport, I accidentally left my backpack on the bus. Inside were our passports, wallet, bank cards, laptop, headphones and other valuable personal belongings. I was extremely worried, especially because I was travelling with my wife and our three young children.
Mr. Tudor found my backpack, kept it safe and personally made sure I got it back. Everything was exactly as I had left it. His kindness, honesty and willingness to help turned what could have been a travel disaster into an unforgettable example of outstanding customer service.
Terravision should be proud to have employees like Mr. Tudor. Thanks to him, our vacation was saved.

Terrible service and misleading information.
On 23 June 2026, I took the 1:45 PM bus from the Vatican stop to Fiumicino. Before boarding, I specifically asked whether the bus would stop at the central bus station in Fiumicino and showed the location on the map. The driver confirmed that it would.
During the trip, the driver was driving excessively fast and in a manner that felt unsafe. The worst part came at the end of the journey: instead of stopping at the central bus station as promised, we were dropped off far away from it and nowhere near a proper bus stop.
It was around 2 PM, under the hot summer sun, and we had multiple pieces of luggage. We were forced to walk a considerable distance carrying our bags. When we questioned the stop, the driver simply smiled and drove away.
Very disappointing experience. Passengers should be able to rely on the information provided by staff.
