I usually enjoy bowling here
I usually enjoy bowling here, but my recent visit was ruined by the staff's attitude. The employees at the Tenpin were incredibly rude and unhelpful , It’s a shame because the facilities are good, but the poor service makes me hesitant to return. I hope management takes steps to improve their customer service.

Had a great time
Had a great time, was a good atmosphere.
Was very busy but ordered drinks through the QR code at the lane and they arrived soon after with a friendly smile.
Staff where all helpful and polite even though it was very busy. We had lovely afternoon.

It was my daughters birthday I asked if…
It was my daughters birthday I asked if they could put happy birthday up on the screen the girl said yes but it never happened. Then we used the karaoke room we were let in late and while the girls were singing a member of staff kept coming in asking how long we had as they had someone waiting to go in this really put the girls on edge feeling that they had to leave before their time was up. 1 unhappy group of girls

Vaping openly taking place inside
I was shocked by how many guests were vaping inside. Some tried to hide it but some weren’t bothered who could see. Members of my family are asthmatic so we won’t be returning. Such a shame. Mentioned it to the manager who said it’s an ongoing problem and that some guests can get quite argumentative so perhaps staff are now too afraid to tell people to stop vaping?

Great atmosphere
Great atmosphere, we had a fab time. I would say that the pool tables are too close to the bowling booths though. Barely enough room for two people to pass, never mind when someone is bent over the table taking a shot.
