I was able to get a last minute booking over the phone whilst flying back from holiday the same day, lanes were together and no issues. Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because the bar service was long and the bar staff were not very friendly.

Waited at the desk
On arrival for around 3 minutes whilst two guys who worked there were busy filling up the prize cabinet and gave me no acknowledgement.
Waitied way too long for the burger and chips. Had to ask 3 times and still nothing. This turned up 15 minutes after our game had finished.

I Booked for Friday Frenzy evening expecting it to be really busy. Well what a surprise, we both walked into Valley Park Croydon, Straight to customer service & because it wasn't that busy he let us in 25 mins earlier. That was nice of him. Me & my date had 2 goof games were it was a tie. Enjoyed our evening. Until next time which could be coming in October??

Good experience
It was easy to book. Everyone had fun, we used the arcade and bar while waiting for lanes to become available. They were free by the time of our booking. Went smoothly. Only reason I have not given full stars is the screens put up during covid are still there separating the lanes, we had two lanes and they separated our party which wasn't great when the kids wanted to be with eachother but there were too many for one lane. Hollywood bowl didn't have these and was much better as a bigger party for socialising between lanes.

Seemed silly that there was only 2…
Seemed silly that there was only 2 people waiting to be served. Me and one other. But u had to move round the other side to then be served by the same person who check us in when I wanted drinks.

Son became severely unwell following a visit, picking up a bug requiring hospital intervention.
Cleanliness is extremely poor!

Upon arrival there was not many people…
Upon arrival there was not many people waiting to be served, great customer service at the desk, we were allocated our lane quickly. When it came to ordering drinks, very slow service and the wrong drinks came at one point, we were better off going to the bar to drink. The actually bowling was fun except the balls kept on jamming and the lane was under some malfunctions at time. Overall the staff were welcoming and good customer service but the bowling facilities were just slow that day.

An enjoyable afternoon with the kids
An enjoyable afternoon with the kids, the only issue was the car-park was quite full so took a little while to park. Kids loved the bowling.
