Honestly they wouldn't even get a one star.
They asked for photographs which I sent and they asked me for a premium - it was a deep clean of a property.
I paid the cleaners turned up and refused.
Then the company rang and cancelled the job.
Not only letting me down but also leaving me without the ability to move into the property.
There were two cleaners it wouldn't have been that difficult to clean the rooms the only area that I agree needed a lot of attention was the stairs and I said leave them and do the rest.
I will never ask them for anything ever again and would never recommend them.

We requested and reviewed photos before the booking, and the price was adjusted based on what was provided. However, when our team arrived, the actual condition of the property was significantly worse than shown in the photos. After assessment, it was clear that the property required full decoration and remedial work after cleaning, and that cleaning alone would not bring it to a habitable standard.
For this reason, proceeding with the clean would not have produced the result expected or required. Cancelling the job was the most honest option rather than charging for a service that would not achieve the necessary outcome.
We understand this caused inconvenience, but we must be realistic about what cleaning can and cannot restore.

-Clear website, easy booking system with lots of availability
-Great value for money
-Available at short notice (I needed a carpet clean within 2 days, they were able to fulfil this and even offered to come earlier!)
-Good timely communication from Ali and co (Gloucester team) about their arrival time, they were also really friendly, knowledgeable and gave good advice on how to maintain carpet cleanliness
-Brilliant carpet clean!!! They've given it new life :)

Atanas Deserves a Raise! ⭐️
First of all, I would like to say a huge thank you to Atanas, who was the cleaner for our apartment.
We needed an end-of-tenancy clean and found this company online. Our apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open-plan living room and kitchen, and a hallway. It is fully furnished, so we needed a professional cleaning service.
When I visited their website, I was asked to fill out a form for a free quotation, which was very easy and straightforward. The total cost was only £321.25, with a 10% discount already applied.
Atanas was the cleaner assigned to our apartment, and he left it in an absolutely impressive condition. The entire apartment was spotless and looked as good as new. He even deep-cleaned all the furniture and worked with great professionalism and attention to detail.
To be honest, we didn’t expect such an exceptional result for £321, especially since many other companies were much more expensive. We had even discussed cleaning some areas ourselves if needed, but there was absolutely no need. Atanas took care of everything.
He completed the job in just six hours (bless him!). It was clear that he put all his effort, energy, and care into his work.
Because of Atanas and the team, we would not hesitate to use this company again and highly recommend their services to others.
Please give this guy a raise, he truly deserves it!

Seamless service - I moved into an ex rental on Friday. By mid afternoon on the following Monday Joan had cleaned. There were some very difficult areas including heavy limescale (the previous residents seemingly had never cleaned at all.)

I had a rushed job to clean a rental house and tenancy cleaner were able to find a team to clean it the next day. They did a good job of cleaning the house at a very reasonable price
