Best cleaning exspeecine staff were really friendly

David and his team worked efficiently and thoroughly to deep clean my flat - I would highly recommend them!

We booked an end of tenancy clean with Tenancy.Cleaning and the service delivered was far below a professional standard.

Multiple surfaces were not touched by the cleaners in the 2 hours they spent at the flat, leaving behind a layer of dust and grime. Where they did clean, it was often superficial and not of the thorough nature required at the end of a tenancy. Glass surfaces were left streaky, carpets unvacuumed in multiple places, bottoms of kitchen drawers not wiped and shower drains untouched.

The issue was instantly raised with the cleaners in the property, who did not care to amend their standards where missed areas were pointed out to them before they left. I was then immediately in touch with Tenancy.Cleaning via WhatsApp and followed their complaints procedure diligently. They assured me they would rectify the issue but have since not delivered.

As others have mentioned, they consistently fall back to quoting their policy, which is that a complementary re-clean will be offered, and failing this a 10% refund. Of course, as this is an end of tenancy cleaning service, recleaning would need to be offered immediately to be viable before access to the property is lost. The soonest they could offer me a re-clean was 5 days after the initial service, long after the keys had been returned to the landlord. Their maximum refund offer is not sufficient to compensate for the lack of care and skill in this work, per consumer rights under UK law.

The subsequent interactions with their customer service team have been extremely disappointing. They are insistent that the clean was as advertised which is plainly not true, and show no compassion for the additional stress they have caused at end of a tenancy. I had to find the time in a hectic few days to personally repeat the cleaning, which I had paid £200 for, to a standard which would be acceptable to the landlord.

Overall, I would not recommend using Tenancy.Cleaning for their end of tenancy cleaning service, noting mine and other's experiences that this is likely to result in a loss of some of your deposit and/or your time to rectify a poor cleaning standard.

If you do go ahead, book them a week in advance on moving out so they have time to come round twice!

I was very pleased with the end of tenancy cleaning, Shaida and Saza were very nice and showed up on time. They did an amazing job and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the cleaning. The booking process is also very straightforward, I like the fact that you can add/remove specific areas to clean on the booking. Highly recommend!

They went above and beyond with their cleaning, getting the place to a requisite clean after years of heavyuse.

I had a wonderful pair, Abdul and his partner. They were fantastic. They arrived early, were professional, kind and friendly.
They worked very hard and provided an exceptional end result. They did over and above of what I expected.
They are both people who take pride in what they do and deliver the highest of standard.

Friendly team who were quick and efficient. They did a very good job and I’m very happy with the result. The patios weren’t quite finished to a good enough standard, but when I pointed this out, they were very happy to do it again until we were satisfied. Would recommend.

Hello today I had an end of tenancy clean and it was done by Ondrej cica and his team they was very professional and very quick cant complain the work was done perfectly couldnt be happier

An excellent service, the guys came on time, talked me through the job, and the results were excellent, I didn't think my flat could look so clean! Abubakr and Muib were great, very hardworking, friendly and polite, really impressed with the job the guys did!

Tenancy Cleaning as they exceeded all
of our expectations. We used them to clean our house before selling, having had decoration and renovation work done so the house was dusty and required above the normal housework clean. The team were there for 5 hours in total and the quality of work was exceptional - we didn’t recognise the house when they had finished.

This company is excellent. I needed an end of tenancy clean at very short notice, booking was quick and easy and price was very reasonable. Abdul carried out a superb job, very friendly and polite. The kitchen and 3 bathroom deep clean was completed quickly and with great care. All cupboards, surfaces, appliances etc. were left spotless. Firstly, a really easy booking process. What was included was very clear.
The team turned up on time, and were polite and professional.
I left them to it, and they called me to say they were finished. They took me round the whole house so I could see the work done and check I was happy.
The work itself was done to a very high standard - this was the key bit as I was due to hand the keys over to the landlord, and it took all the stress out of the process.
Highly recommended.

I had a fantastic journey booking this company to clean my flat. I work full time and I'm a carer for mum, so time for cleaning is limited. The whole process was very user friendly and prompt. The team arrived early, so polite and professional, the flat was left in an amazing condition. So clean and tidy, Smudge less windows, carpet looks new. The team went the extra mile, place is spotless. Highly recommend them, good pricing too. Money well spent, definitely value for money. Their hard work allowed me some quality time in the sun. If I could give more stars I would.
Abubakr and Muhib were absolutely excellent. Their attention to detail, hard work and pride in their work was absolutely above and beyond anything we expected.
They left the house absolutely spotless and well above the level of cleanliness we thought it would be and they checked throughout that we were happy with their work.
We were so happy with the house and will move in to our new home in two days time knowing it’s gleaming and ready for us to just place our belongings in.
Thank you both for your hard work and professionalism.
Communication through the booking process was fantastic and they were very accommodating to our needs.
I would recommend this company 100%
