I use this site (a lot!) to buy Yankee Candles and Woodwick Candles, I can honestly say I have never had an experience than was less than 5 stars.

They always have the new fragrances and at the cheapest price. The delivery is always quick, reliable and items are always well packaged.

No complaints from me!

Delivery was good for covid times. However, they mislead customers in to thinking they sell specific items on Google shopping. Then show no responsibility when you click on an specific item and it turns out to not be the item you were believing you had purchased. They do not offer any compensation or solution. Would not buy again from this company.

I have used this company plenty of times and always great service. Items arrive on time and in perfect condition.

I also ordered a medium Yankee candle in snowflake cookie back in December and it never showed up. I tried to contact customer service and never got a reply

Product I ordered hasn't still arrived been almost a week i paid extra for quick delivery as it was a present for someone. It is going to be no use when it arrives So going to return it. Rang customer absolute bazaar service. It was a recommended site ThankGod it was my first and last purchase

Product I bought and paid in full + fast delivery is out of stock on their warehouse. Have no idea now how to get a present in 2 days time as shops are empty. My first and a last purchase here. Good luck with your stock.

Really disappointed with service from Temptation gifts. I made a substantial order on the 5th of December; christmas presents for my baby son and wife. I paid 10 pound postage/delivery and I have still not received my order, 17 days later. I have contacted and was advised there was no tracking on my order but it left their warehouse. Really disappointed and now with all the disruption I am unlikely to have Christmas presents for my son's first Christmas. Emailed customer service again this morning but did not receive a reply.

Lovely range of products, very happy with my purchase - the wrapping was extremely well done and the delivery was so quick! Would definitely recommend.

Temptation Gifts is the best company I have ever ordered from. They treat the products with such care. I've ordered over 8 Yankee Candle jars from them and they are all in excellent condition. Temptation Gifts are more reliable than the Yankee Candle store online. And their delivery is so fast. I ordered a large Snow in Love on Monday, it got dispatched on Tuesday and arrived early Wednesday morning. Would recommend them to anyone.

I ordered yankee candles in time for Christmas. They were delivered on time and nicely packaged.

I am writing this review as again Temptations gifts have exceed my expectations in a company. Placed an order with them which was sent by royal Mail. I was in contact with the company, as i had to wait a while longer for this parcel to arrive. The day had come, where they were more than willing to resend the items free of change by express delivery. On the afternoon if that day the parcel turned up, i called them to say that it had arrived....But the box had been tampered with and a few items were missing. I had taken photos of the condition of the arrived parcel. I sent them by e-mail to there customer service department. I spoke to with them to say what I had done, and they were more than happy to replace or refund my missing items. I explained to them that I would like the items replaced. Yesterday 10.12.2020 the replacement items had turned up.

There customer service is outstanding. So I would like to say thank you to them for the help and support and making my life easier on the run up to Christmas.

Ordered from here as I can’t get out to shops. When the parcel arrived there was an item missing. I called customer services and was told to take a photo and email which I did straight away. Customer services reply was incredibly sarcastic and was basically accusing me of being a liar without actually saying it! The item that was missing was less than £2 so why the hell would I lie about one item? The did send a replacement but their reply was unprofessional. If I was able to go out to the shop I would never of used them. After their response I will NEVER use the again. Appalling!

The parcel was a little later than originally told (2days) but that really wasn't an issue at all! especially during covid and the backlog of gifts for Christmas.

Each and every item was wrapped beautifully with either bubblewrap or tissue paper to keep them all safe. Not just thrown in a box.

Will definitely shop with them again for any gifts.

First time using this company after searching on google for a Yankee candle that was no longer stocked by Yankee candle. I was pleasantly surprised they had the candle in stock with 20% off their stock for Black Friday. In addition they had 10 votive candles for £12 (on selected scents). Parcel arrived within the time frame and carefully packaged to avoid any damages. Would order again.

They phoned a few hours after placing my order to check the personalisation was correct. I then received my order really quickly and the personalised product the following day.

A delightful website with plenty of choice. Once items were selected the payment procedure was easily followed and items were soon on the way to me. They arrived well packaged and within the dates of arrival set. Among all of the items ordered there was one error, easily made as the description of items were similar. This was easily resolved in a telephone conversation and the correct item was with me within two days. I have no qualms in purchasing from Temptation Gifts again.
