I wanted to order a Snoopy card wallet for my daughter. The price was £9.99 (excellent) but the postage was going to be £5.99 (extortionate - and didn’t make sense for such a tiny item!)
I obviously decided not to go ahead, however the next morning I received an email offering free postage if I purchased within 24 hours! So I did!
The wallet arrived very quickly, is absolutely gorgeous, and my daughter is delighted with it!

I ordered a travel wallet and it was despatched on the same day.
The wallet is even better than it looks on the website. So pleased with it and such amazing value.
Excellent product and customer service.

The goods are over priced and poor quality. £28 for a hot water bottle, the material around it was wafer thin and is not fit for purpose. Requested a return and got an email saying they are deciding whether to allow a return. And thats the end. They never contact you back and you cannot return any goods. I think this is illegal. And i am going to call citizens advice over this.

My order was delivered smashed and I can't get any response from this company at all. It has an option to speak to an actual person but then just responds with an automated reply of 'we'll get back to you'.
Are there any other options??

Ordered some gloves for a Christmas present. The package arrived a couple days later but hadn't been sealed properly and the contents had fallen out. Contacted them that morning. Response received by lunchtime. Replacement pair delivered following day. Excellent service and the gloves are gorgeous and so soft 10 out of 10

Absolutely fab company. Ordered gloves and they came within days. Really well priced and beautifully made. Will definitely use again.

Ordered a wallet which i didn't like as it felt cheap and nowhere near as nice as the pictures, so decided to return it. Paid £5.99 delivery and £4 return postage, as returns aren't free. So on a £27 wallet, I wasted £10!! With a delivery charge which is that high, returns should be free. Won't ever use them again.

I needed a swift delivery and after one email it was resolved swiftly and politely. Outstanding service and beautiful items. I know my mum-in-Law will love them

Mismanaged company that hides behind the guise of a ligit retailer. Unprofessional service, delay in sending out order to then be told it will be dispatched, to then be told it was out of stock. To add insult to injury, I was offered a refund to aid my positive experience. A refund is the most basic of actions, considering its my own money. What a Mickey mouse establishment indeed. What a great firm: beautiful, unusual items and very good quality. I collect their sea creature ceramics but have also bought fabric presents and have found all orders to be as described, presented well in lovely, reusable gift boxes (in the case of the ceramics) and delivered in the stated time.
A butter dish had smashed in the post, due to lack of wrapping, but the customer service was exceptional and after an e-mail from me, a replacement was delivered within a few days in more suitable wrapping.
I wish there were more firms like this.

My other never arrived, neither did they send me a tracking number for sending my product. Trade using their bott and it never answered me, neither did I receive an email reply.

Customer service very responsive and timely. The forage butter dish is lovely. I also bought 5 different animal coin purses for stocking stuffers for the 5 children at our Christmas gathering - all super cute. One child said his tiger coin purse was his favorite present, and there was stiff competition!

I ordered the Forage Cream butter dish as a Christmas present for my mother. Beautiful product, but unfortunately the base was damaged in transit. I didn't realise until the day before the day before Christmas Eve when I came to do my wrapping, so I immediately sent a photo and a request for a replacement. This request was dealt with swiftly, no questions asked, and to my amazement the replacement product arrived on Christmas Eve, just in time for Christmas. The staff member in the customer service department pulled a Christmas miracle out of the hat and I am very grateful for such excellent service.

Moved to write a review as I'm so impressed... ordered gloves yesterday and they just arrived already! They're a Christmas present and from the website delivery estimate thought i might be a bit late but would chance it. Can't believe they were despatched so quickly. They're also lovely and will be much admired

All of the ceramics had faults/quality issues and didn’t match the price point on the website. I’m massively disappointed. Glad I had stuff sent to me first before I gave as gifts.

I purchased a bag more than 2 weeks ago, i could not find a tracking number for it. I emailed them, no reply.. I waited and waited but I never received the parcel. I emailed other 3 times to ask for a refund, no answer was given. I basically lost my money.
