Poor Customer Service
I tried reaching out to Customer service multiple times, but everytime I have to be in queue for almost an hour and my call gets discsonnected automatically after this long waiting time. And they never called back.

i don't have something about the…
i don't have something about the services cause it looks like all the same companies in Sweden. But in the case of customer service i'm not so satisfied with their responding. if we call for a case we should wait for a long time in the queue like what we get tired and forget about the issue we had. in the case of email it takes at least two working days you get a feedback. it was better if you had a chat room for the case your customer has got any emergency issue. moreover, i'm changing Tellinet from the firsts of 2019 because i believe they are not flexible on their facilities. for example since i talked to the other companies like EON they are very flexible about their price, they heard my bargaining patiently and tried to give the cheapest price as much as they could to make me satisfied. But for Tellinet it was not like that and once i called them and asked for a cheaper price they said No ! that's all
