Don't listen to the one star reviews.
Do some research on the hotel that you want to book, before you book it.
I spent ages looking at hotels and researching areas before deciding on the package I wanted, saw Teletext were offering it at a slightly lower price than anywhere else and rang up to book.
Had absolutely no issues at all when calling, the man on the phone tried to see if I wanted a different flight or day to make it cheaper but I knew what I wanted and kindly say no - and he booked exactly what I asked for with no hard sales pitches (even giving me a small discount).
The confirmation emails took a few hours to come through and they all come back separately so I was slightly worried at first but it was all fine.
Having come back from my holiday I would not hesitate to book through Teletext again.

Krishna provided outstanding service throughout, checking for best priced options for flights and accommodations and providinng clear summary of the best options. I will be sure to call teletext holidays again. Great job!

After finding a couple of very last minute deals, I rang Teletext sales and spoke to Krishna. He was very polite and incredibly helpful 😀.
He looked through many different holidays, looking for the best deals. The deals were being taken very quickly. But with patience and understanding, he managed to get a fabulous deal.
He explained everything carefully and was constantly checking if I was happy.
Although it took a long time to get a great deal, I couldn't be more happy.

We booked a holiday at the beginning of the year for 4 people, sadly my husband and I had to cancel as my husband had a stroke and couldn’t fly. After a great deal of faffing about and a number of calls from us we got a refund for our part of the holiday. Calls and emails have to be chased on several occasions before you get anywhere.
My daughter and her husband are still flying on the 5th September, they tried today to check in for the flight online, only to find that they couldn’t because
my husband and I haven’t been taken off the flight!
She works, so I contacted Easyjet but they advised it would have to be dealt with by Teletext, so I phoned teletext and spoke to Jennifer she said she would look into it and promised to phone me back before 5pm. I wasn’t holding my breath as teletext NEVER phone you back! So at 4.45 I called and spoke to a gentleman who was pretty rude, and kept trying to talk over me, big mistake! After I pointed out that wasn’t the way to deal with people his attitude changed! Anyway I asked for Jennifer to call or send me an email to say what was happening before 5 as promised…..I was also told she finished at 5, needless to say that never happened! Can someone contact me tomorrow having cancelled my Husband and I from the flights on the 5th September. Only us as my daughter and her husband are still going. She can then check in online! Not rocket science just a simple call to Easyjet and then one to me!

Roy did a great job and gave me the best price even beating all the other travel competitors even giving me free coach to and from the airport which was a couple of days ago great job guys.. todayKenneth on the call today was very polite and very helpful.

Avoid at all costs. My holiday was cancelled and never got the refund I was entitled too. Shocking customer service, never call you back I would never book with this company again.

Max was very kind, helpful and patient. Made my first ever travel booking experience with Teletext a great one. Thank you Max!

Rang on a Sunday morning and was lucky enough to get Logan who was perfectly friendly and helpful and did all he could to get us the perfect holiday at an amazing price.

Exceptional Service from Kenneth at Teletext!

I had an excellent experience with Teletext today, and I’d especially like to recognise Kenneth for his outstanding help. He was incredibly professional, patient, and efficient in getting my boarding passes sorted quickly and smoothly.

Kenneth went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, explaining things clearly and making what could have been a stressful situation feel completely straightforward. His customer service was exceptional, and I really appreciated his friendly and reassuring approach.

**AVOID THIS COMPANY**
This has been the worst travel experience I’ve ever had. I booked a holiday to Crete at the Despo Hotel (how this place has 3 stars is a mystery in itself). After booking, I discovered the hotel CHARGES for air conditioning. I’d never heard of this before, so I contacted Teletext to confirm — and if it was true, I intended to change my holiday.

The first agent said they would check and call me back. They never did.
The second agent assured me — WITHOUT HESITATION — that I would not have to pay for air con, claiming he’d never heard of such a thing.

Yet when I arrived, the hotel charged 8 euros per day, and you must pay for the entire two‑week stay upfront.When I called Teletext several times expecting a refund (since I was explicitly told I wouldn’t have to pay), I was brushed off with the same line: “We’ll contact our suppliers and get back to you.” No follow‑up, no accountability, no support.

Once they have your money, expect ZERO ASSISTANCE unless it’s convenient for them. The customer service is genuinely the worst I’ve encountered.

Krish made the booking process easy and got me a holiday within my tight budget. Thank you.

What a pleasurable exciting experience it was booking a holiday with Gary he made everything clear and made me feel at ease. I’ve never booked a holiday with Teletext before or if I have it’s been some years. Thanks again for all your help GARY and I can’t wait to get on this beautiful holiday. I asked about staying in a particular part of the hotel and they emailed them asking that and then even gave me a call back to confirm that he emailed and they had replied so hopefully fingers crossed I will have even chosen which part of the hotel ha ha very accommodating, couldn’t fault him.

Jane was lovely. I had very specific requirements for my holiday and no request was any hassle to her. I ended up with a very competitive deal that I couldn’t find cheaper anywhere else on the market. I would recommend teletext holidays holidays and would definitely use them again to book a package deal!
