I've been using Telerik products for…

I've been using Telerik products for many years now. I general, I find them very useful. The support is good and there is a lot of documentation online, as well as robust community support.

I won't mince words here and am not…

I won't mince words here and am not trying to get published. I don't even expect to get heard.

The website is horribly Microsoftish when it comes to searching for information. This might be something that can't be helped because of the massive volume of information that has to be herded. Some times the frustration can be unbearable when trying to look for basic information about the various controls.

Consequently, I give myself 15-30 minutes of find-time and after that I log a Support ticket.

The Support staff, however, saves the day. They know this product and will turnaround answers next-day about it.

In fact, were it not for the competent and patient Support staff, I'd be using DevExpress.

Great company to deal with...

Great company to deal with...
Excellent value for money.
Their support staff are very helpful and accommodating.
The Reporting suite is first class and has saved me a substantial amount of time creating reports for all of my customers.

Telerik controls make developing rich…

Telerik controls make developing rich user experiences easy and quick. The ASP.NET controls are what I use most often but have also used their MVC and Angular controls in situations and across the board these controls are the best I've found.

Industry Standard Controls

Telerik controls are in my opinion one of the best. Progress has them for almost all platforms and there are a variety of them. They are professionally crafted and look completely stunning. Technical support is also excellent, if you get stuck using them. All in all awesome product and service!

Top class, prompt and detailed support. Access to their propriety software as a paid up member, allows using reflection to do more customized coding.

I've only used the Report Server

I've only used the Report Server. Not the greatest product in the world. Only using it because we don't have the time to find another option. Customer service is good.

Every Time!

Not just once here or there, but EVERY time I run into an issue and need some help, their customer service just outshines most businesses. They're fast, courteous and if they don't have the answer I need, they research how to resolve my issue. That and their product has all the tools I might ever need.

It's good, could be better

Telerik controls offer great possibilities and modifications opportunities, support is fast, nice and very accurate.

Why could be better? To be RAD (Rapid Application Development) the controls should offer more out of the box without need to make many modifications, also the documentation could be similar to Microsoft comprehensive documentation. although the support is fast - less than 24hrs it's still up to 24hrs time which can stops your activity, moves you to other duties and makes you wait. I prefer to resolve problems and learn on the basis of available documentation without need of taking additional actions.
