For better or worse
There is a lot of good things in the Telerik controls but, unfortunately, a lot of problems too. The support is good in the sense that it responds quickly but but it only suggests ways of workaround, and don't offer you true solutions (by fixing the underlying problem or by adding improvements). In the end, they often suggest that you write your requests in the feedback portal, where you will see a "Pending review" or "Unplanned" for years...

For the beginners :-)
At this moment, we're at the beginning with KendoUI for Vues. We've asked a few questions to the support team and have every time very good answer with explanations, code or video examples, ... and in a good timing (less than 24h).
Documentation on the site is also usefull.
Only the virtual classrooms are difficult. The beginner's classroom is at a higher level than we hoped for newbies in the framework webworld.

Great tool for me
I have been using Telerik for over 10 years and it has been my go to tool for robust reporting and interfaces. Support has been excellent by both the company and the community. Rarely, I don't find an answer to my question in the forums.

Telerik documents lack of good information
I think Telerik products are very good. Even though Telerik needs to hire specialised personnel for writing down documentation and help articles. I guess tech people at Telerik have also written documents on products, and as they know what they are about these persons does not write the needed text cause it is obvious to them. Thus, you need to go to forums or open tickets just to find out something was missing at documentation. Something like this happens with Demos, code is not commented enough so you can realise you have code needed for Demo to work at Telerik page, and this code will not work on a real solution.

Great UI components
I personally tried the React-Grid component. Maximum of the features are pre-integrated with the component. Just a suggestion to Progress team to improve the docs & provide some more examples.
