I chose Telecare Choice from a series of Google researches because I preferred the accessibility of their website, products and reviews. I phoned up and spoke to Harry, who was very personable and accommodating. I was able to reconnect with him on a couple of occasions and think this continuity and personal touch is important, reassuring and too often lacking in other businesses these days. Harry made the process easy and the falls alarm pendant I ordered for my mum arrived within 24 hours and I know I can speak to him again about any issues. We are very pleased.

I am sorry to have given only 3 stars but I am finding contact with Telecare very difficult. Your computer e.g. changed my address because it decided that it was wrong. It was only because someone on the island recognised my name that I received the parcel a week later. I find written dialogue easiest to deal with but accorging to the lates-mail, you no longer do this. A pity!

T he wrist alarm goes off when not…
T he wrist alarm goes off when not pressed. This has happened 3 times now and I keep being told that it will be reset. I need to return the original but done know which address to send it to so please send address label. The new wrist alarm is not as good as the old one. It is too large

Staff answering the alarm alerts were…
Staff answering the alarm alerts were very helpful on Saturday, but the person on the support line gave the impression that I was inconveniencing him. Although he advised that the new box would be delivered on Tuesday, I was pleased it arrived on Sunday.

I bought a Telecare alarm online for my Mum
I bought a Telecare alarm online for my mum recently which arrived next day, as promised. Unfortunately it came with a watch instead of a pendant. I rang customer services and spoke to Sue and she was a real star. She helped me swap the watch for the pendent and gave me some very helpful advice as well. If the Telecare service is as good as their customer service, I know my mum is in safe hands if she ever needs help. 5 stars.
