Very disappointed with my experience

Very disappointed with my experience. I placed an order with next-day delivery and paid extra for it, but the order was cancelled twice due to no stock. If the item is not available, it should not be shown as available on the website for customers to purchase.

This caused unnecessary delays and inconvenience, especially after paying for faster delivery. Inventory on the website should be accurate to avoid wasting customers’ time.

Unfortunately, this experience has been frustrating and has affected my trust in ordering again.

Paid extra for delivery but didn’t arrive in time

Happy with the product - kept both pairs. However I paid extra for quick delivery as I had an event. They didn’t arrive when they were supposed to. I emailed asking for a refund of my delivery fee and have been met with radio silence. I would appreciate some contact please TB.

The wrong size was sent

The wrong size was sent - the process to get a refund was quick and efficient, but they could not send the right size because they could not guarantee that the same would not happen again. What kind of business cannot be confident in getting orders right?

Shocking

Ordered a pair of trousers for them to email me 5 days later to say they are out of stock. Despite this it is still possible to order them online!!! So all the customers ordering them will be let down. Not only this, a company and brand like this dont even have an option to speak to someone on the phone! I will never order from Ted Baker again

You have responded but 7 days have passed since I ordered them and they are still showing as available on website. No other organisations are this poor at removing stock, most organisations have this as an instant removal when the last stock is ordered

I have bought a pair of shoes for…

I have bought a pair of shoes for nearly £90 and after 2 months The leather started peeling, very poor quality,is not reall leather as it's saying . In Primark the quality is much better for cheap prices.

Came across Ted Baker on Vinted. Prior to that never heard of him. Went to the website and got this great bag at a wonderful price! And the bag is bigger than the picture. I was expecting a tiny bag but I don't care because I love the bag regardless. Can't wait to purchase more!

Fabulous!

The website is very easy to navigate and the ordering process is simple. Prices were fantastic as the items I wanted were on sale plus an extra 20% off with a code. Delivery was the very next day which was fab as I only paid for standard delivery so was expecting to wait a few days for my gorgeous bag and matching purse. Unfortunately the purse is faulty, the clasp doesn't close so I have had to return it and wait for my refund. I was a little disappointed that I couldn't request a replacement as I would have rather that than a refund but no worries. The return process is also as easy as pie! A few clicks and my return label and packaging slip were printed and I have popped it in the post today.

The earring was very very small there were for a baby no way would have fit a adults ears I never broke the seal butI was refused to return then
