South African debit order issue

I am a south african with the same issue of debit orders HOWEVER i reached out ro this company via email and they immediately cleared up that it couldn't have been them as they only accept Australian cards and currency and they are also suffering at the hands of these scammers in south africa using their name. Let's not just post bad reviews without so much as reaching out. We are running their business into the ground bc of scammers in our own country.

We have been receiving hundreds of emails from South Africans towards the end of each month accusing us of debiting funds from their accounts. We have advised each and every person that they have the wrong company as we are an IT equipment hardware provider based in Sydney who sell solely in Australia.

Hopefully your kind review helps others who may head on to Trustpilot and leave a negative review without first confirming if we are the right company in the first place.

IRRESPONSIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL..

I ordered an laptop and AFTER 10 DAYS I was sent an email telling me that the item I ordered was out out of stock and they will refund... like it's nothing. Now I completely missed the opportunity to take advantage of the year end sales season and forced to purchase a laptop at full price. At the very least they could have offered an alternative if they feel any responsibility for their false advertisement. Incredibly irresponsible and unprofessional service. The worst online purchasing experience I've ever had. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Our offices were closed over the Christmas & NY period when you placed the order and it wasn't until we were back in the office that we noticed that stock had been exhausted for the model you ordered and you had inadvertently placed a back order. Sadly with no new stock arriving and no other devices being available close to your price point we were left with no option but to advise you and then cancel your order. Hopefully you managed to locate a suitable device elsewhere. We are very sorry to have let you down this time.

For anyone reading this 'Matthew' placed an order with us using a stolen credit card. Our fraud checks detected this and we quickly cancelled the order and processed a refund back to the stolen card. I've never known a fraudster to then leave a negative review for being caught out but there's a first for everything!
