Everything involved with hiring, using & returning a taxi box was easy & efficient.

The team at Taxibox were friendly, professional and efficient from start to finish. Communication was great. They arrived on time and took great care with all of our furniture and belongings. Eddie dropped my taxibox off, did an excellent job placing them in a convenient spot

The delivery driver was polite and accomodating.

The delivery notification system was accurate and helpful as it gave a 2 hour delivery window on the day and then a 30 minute notification before delivery.

I called to book as I had a couple of questions, the person I spoke to on the phone was helpful and efficient.

Overall, excellent customer service and a great product.

Our TaxiBox was delivered super-efficiently by their driver Frank, He was on time and was able to place the TaxiBox in the driveway with ease and dropped it exactly where we needed it to go.
Highly recommend using TaxiBox for your next move and if you get Frank assigned to your delivery you can guarantee he is super friendly and can do the job with no hassle.
