TAXIBOX has been a game changer for me during my recent move. It allowed me to pack over several months and have the house looking it's best for home opens.
The staff have been great, especially Jayden the taxibox delivery driver.
Jayden has delivered and collected several TAXIBOXES for me now and has been excellent every time. He’s friendly, easygoing, accommodating and very efficient. Even though they’re clearly extremely busy, he never appears rushed or makes you feel under pressure. He has even helped me finish things off by getting the TAXIBOX closed and locked up properly before taking it away.

A genuinely lovely young man, very good at his job and a great representative for TAXIBOX. 5+ stars!

Professional and excellent communication and service

Great company, great communications always keep you up to date with when exactly the box will arrive and when it does arrive, you are always greeted with a kind, happy, delivery man (looking at you Eddie!) whose enthusiasm is contagious. I would like to express my gratitude to Taxibox team for all the support they have given my dad with his house moving. They were incredible helpful and always answered his questions promptly, especially Eddie. Moving out is extremely stressful and the team made it a smooth process for him.

Excellent service and the driver was able to get the box into the laneway with little or no fuss. Highly recommend.
