REASON WHY I HAVEN`T CANCELED MY ORDER WAS MAINLY BECAUSE OF THE REALLY RESPONSIVE AND PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT. THE FINAL DELIVERY WAS 100% ACCURATE AND SPEEDY VIA EXPRESS. FINALLY I LOVE THE RAG AND SUITS BRILLIANT IN MY LIVING ROOM.

Unfortunately, after receiving damaged items in my shipment I have been subjected to empty promises to make it right. I asked for equivalent value in replacements and was told the shipping was too high. I paid shipping and customs fees that equaled the value of the damaged items. They then promised to provide a refund. I waited over 2 weeks and nothing but more assurances. I stated that I would escalate a chargeback with my credit card but that didn’t cause them to refund me. I am now forced to chargeback. This is a very difficult company to deal with if anything goes wrong. I would suggest buying elsewhere. The enticing prices get obliterated by customs fees, the really long wait times lead to that uneasy feeling and customer service isn’t much more than lip service.

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE - they still won’t refund me!!!!
Despite emailing customer service countless times, all you get is a generic email from Andrew apologising and saying he will chase it up with the refunds department. Yet still no refund. It does not take 2 months to provide a refund. I am £80 out of pocket thanks to this shambles of a company. Do not order from here unless you want to be out of pocket also!!!!!
