Bad quality ! Don’t buy ! After one hour the heel was broke and the shoes 🤦‍♀️… completato broke

I bought tons of shoes and they were horrible material, the pvc material didn't fix the bow they gave, all the shoes came in bad condition, i spended a lot of money for nothing. No customer service 😕 around 1000e tother trash. Never again.the worst business I've ever made.

Scam don’t buy from them!!!! They still money and never reply to mail, calls, what’s up. I ordered from them on May,they took the money by credit card and I never received anything!!! Totally unreliable company. They’re erasing my messages on Instagram!!!! Don’t buy from them!!!! Scammers!!!

Shoe was not what i ordered so cheap looking will never order from them there is no way to return them

I have read a lot of reviews that this company is a scam and that goods haven’t been received. I did receive my shoes and they really are lovely. I think the problem is, is that they are new company and from what I have read they are struggling to keep up with demand as they get started.
That said it did take about 2 weeks for my order to arrive. When they did arrive they were delivered via DHL and well packaged. I also received shipment updates.
I don’t know if this is the case for everyone but my experience overall has been ok.

BUT I READY FILE A COMPLAINT THEY ARE BASE IN TURKEY ARE FROM ALL THE MESSAGES I COULD SEE THEY ARE USED TO THIS TYPE OF PROCEDURES

I received the wrong color and wrong size, and was told I need to pay for return shipping.
The shoes are very flimsy and are not orthopedic at all. Scam in my opinion.

I ordered a pair of shoes they claimed were orthopedic shoes. I ordered a mostly white shoe. What I received was a black shoe and had a Nike symbol. I contacted them and they said I had to pay for the return and they would also not refund the shipping cost to ship them to me. So they want me to pay for shipping and return for an incorrect item. Don't order from this terrible company.

Genuine site- wasn’t sure if it was a scam. Received my order 10 days after paying.
Only complaint I have, on Instagram the prices are in Turkish Liras, but on the site it’s Euros and much more expensive.

So I placed an order early April, I knew it was overseas but based on their shipping window frame I guess I expected a faster delivery. After about 2 weeks no shipping confirmation I reached out to them and they informed me of a delay. At this point I’m thinking that I’ve been scammed, going through the comments trying to verify with other customers who’s bought things from them. Needless to say, I received my order late April so took in total about a month. Happy I received the shoes though! They are very nice.

I bought a pair of sandals from the site for €129.90. Payment successful except that after about 3 days I receive communication that to receive the shoes I have to pay an additional 60 euros for customs clearance. I find it absolutely incorrect and not very serious not to inform customers of the further payment when ordering.

They never send you your order and the phone number, all contact details are fake! They are swindlers! You can see a lot of complaints about them if you google.
