I just brought an alternator off them and it was dented when I pulled it out of the box ,now the box it came in wasn't dented ,so it was put in the box like that.be aware people..I will shop elsewhere.
NEVER AGAIN .I bought an alternator in October did 150 ks with it then it stopped working sent it back. they said they fixed it and sent it back to me in December . it never got here they said it was lost in the post..post office are talking to them and I get no refund from auto 8 waste of time dealing with these people. bad product bad company to deal with. cheap alternator. now i have to buy somewhere else
As a mechanic of 45 years...DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I just returned a failed alternator...lasted 1 week. They did not communicate with me for almost 4 weeks after receiving the alternator back,despite me messaging and emailing them repeatedly. Now they have rejected my claim using a false reason. This can be proved as I took pics of alternator before returning it and can prove they have lied to get out of a refund.
