Snow Wash Fleece Oversize Hoodie (RW0046-P001-V3)

I ordered a hoodie from Tapstitch and it arrived about a week after placing the order, which I was happy with.

The quality is very good overall. The fabric is a cotton-poly blend (53% polyester, 42% cotton, and 5% other fibres), and it feels durable and comfortable, 355 GSM has a nice weight to it—thick enough to feel premium without being too heavy.
The print quality is also solid, with a clean and well-finished look.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that slight concern about the long-term durability of the print.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend Tapstitch.

Nearly 2 months, no items, no refund…

Ordered item on 23rd February. Today’s date is the 9th April. Still not received item. I hate to leave bad reviews but where is my item? Every time I email customer service they say they will get back to me. I’ve got no items delivered and they’ve taken my money. No one is getting back to me. I feel like I’ve been scammed and just want my money back. Avoid.

After reviewing your order, we’d like to clarify the timeline for transparency. Your order was shipped on March 1, and on March 13 the carrier reported a failed delivery attempt. We arranged a re-delivery, however on March 16 the carrier confirmed the shipment was refused by the recipient, which resulted in another failed delivery. The parcel was then returned and reached the carrier’s overseas warehouse on April 7.

We completely understand how this experience may have felt unclear from your side, and we’re sorry for any gaps in communication along the way.

To resolve this, we have already processed a full refund for your order. Please note that refunds typically take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.

Great

Quality was amazing. Shipping Dates were exactly correct arrived on the day. The design was printed really well with no mistakes. 100% truthful and builds trust. 9/10. The only problem is the shipping cost. The cost is too high,, but other than that, great. Would recommend.

5 stars in every aspect

The website to choose, design, and order is extremely well put together and by far the best website I have ever used for something like this. Fantastic customer service, I made a mistake when I initially ordered by picking the wrong model of shirt, couldn’t cancel the order so I contacted support if they could change it for me. They cancelled my order regardless and refunded the money paid for that order. Order delivered in 11 days from the date it was ordered, faster than expected. The quality of the shirt itself is great, and the print quality is great too. Ordered another shirt today because overall I am very satisfied. Highly recommend.

They messaged me after the print was finished, sent me pictures of it to see if I liked it, and offered me a full refund if I didn’t. If that isn’t 5 star worthy then I don’t know what is.

What a surprise, quality and variaty.

The variety of blanks and quality were above and beyond my expectations. Pricing is also very reasonable and fair. I also love the fact that they continually add new designs to their portfolio. Keep it coming tapstitch.

Wonderful experience

Learning how to use the software was a learning curve for me, but when I got the hang of it I was extremely happy with what I came up with. Also the estimated delivery time was going to be around the time after I needed it, as it was a very meaningful gift for my fiancé’s birthday, & when I asked if they could get it to me earlier they did just that. And the quality, the look, everything is truly perfect. I’m so excited to give him the matching sweater, with one half of his favorite Bible verse on his & the other half on mine, I was able to make for us. Thank you so much Timestitch. Beware sizes are way way off

The print is great, DTG for the win… but sizes are completely off I don’t mean by 1 size I mean by 2 or 3 I ordered a full slate… hoodies, T-shirts, zippers, different colours different sizes not 1 size fits either of the people they were meant for. So great UI and tool, branding feature is awesome but let me tell you if you have anyone needing XL or bigger be very careful what you order! I can’t use any of them!

Low quality apperel slow shipping

It’s great that Tapstiitch replied to the review so fast and followed up with supplier as quickly as they can.

When reviewing online products the product is cart to door it’s not cart to - the shipping agents fault .. so for them to acknowledge this is good.

Online experience the same as just about every online printing product. The quality of product less than expected but useable . Shipping was killer only took 6 weeks! With need to end service topstitch passed the buck immediately to their substandard shipping agent speedX is anything but speedy they lost the package found the package couldn’t deliver it then couldn’t find it but delivered it ? Lol all in all I won’t use tap stitch again the product isn’t just a printed tshirt they are dropping shipping for you and you want to ensure best service from order to door. They don’t do it well.

So far so good!

I have been using Tapstitch for a few months now and I have only just launched my business now so I have not integrated Tapstitch completely with my store. However so far I have ordered a few test shirts and the print quality is amazing. I also am based in Aus and I'm really happy that shipping is only $7 per shirt which is quite cheap for international order. Lastly, I like the idea that I can send it directly to the consumer so I don't have to keep inventory. As a startup, this is quite a nice feature to have

Terrible

Terrible! Take your biz elsewhere.
The printing quality is horrible. T shirt color was bleeding through the print. The print was cracked and faded.
I called to question them about it. They said no refund as they have a 7 day return policy. This is after they requested photos and video which I provided. I didn’t want this issue. I need the t shirts but the quality is a joke and they won’t take responsibility for a crappy job. Don’t waste your money here.
