User friendly

This is the smoothest service I've seen to make your own clothing brand from scratch. I hope options continue to expand for sleeve printing and things like that, it's been nothing but fun and exciting to use so far.

Edit. This is listed as an unprompted review, but it was prompted so these people are liars basically lol. I'm sure this is my inexperience showing, but I'm pretty sure I'm losing money on my store with every purchase because I don't want to charge people $80 for a hoodie and it's difficult to manage shipping costs. I didn't expect to be covering that myself. The blanks are still very cool and high quality and the design interface is great. That said, I frequently wish I had more room to place my designs, especially on the sleeves. Optimistic for the future.

Overall good

Overall good, very satisfied. High quality products and relatively fast shipping. Print was well aligned.
Things I’d like to see improved: please add an external paper/cardboard label with the option to customize it with our own logo, and also the garment print could be improved a little bit, colors are not very bright, a little bit washed out. Aside from this, I’m very satisfied with their service.

The quality of is great definitely…

The quality of clothing is great definitely gives premium. There shipping is pretty fast as well. Only room for improvement is custom packaging and not being limited on printing space on garments but I believe that will improve in the future

I've tried anonymous suppliers and printify, but neither of them came close to the quality of this product, well worth the money, and if you read this review, check out the brand "Capra" on Etsy, you won't be disappointed with your purchase.

Misaligned Design Tool

I came to Tapstitch looking for a reliable design and production partner, but the experience has been not good. The fundamental problem lies in their design tool, which is completely broken and makes achieving accurate placement impossible.

It is absolutely impossible to center or align any graphic correctly. The visual editor is inherently flawed—the left and right sides of the design area are constantly uneven and misaligned. I spent hours fighting the interface, trying to visually compensate for what the software couldn't do correctly, but ultimately, the tool is a technical failure.

Predictably, this critical design flaw translated directly into unacceptable physical products. The samples I received had visible mistakes: the logos were visibly crooked, off-center, and misaligned on the garment. It is clear that whatever defect exists in the design platform is not being corrected during production.

A design service that cannot guarantee basic centering and alignment is useless for professional branding. If precision and quality control are important to your business, I strongly advise you to avoid Tapstitch. This level of quality is unacceptable.

I must say I was a tad bit nervous…

I must say I was a tad bit nervous about using tapstitch until I did more research and found a few people on tiktok displaying their own products they received from tapstitch and then I order a sample from tapstitch and I was sold right then the only thing I highly recommend is tapstitch change where the pocket placement is on the sweatpants it should be a design space more closer to the pockets and also give a 6x24 design space on the leg being that they provide all street wear products PLEASE

Most print-on-demand clothing is just…

Most print-on-demand clothing is just ordinary. My experience with Tapstitch has been superb. Ordered 2 x T-Shirts, 1 x Long-arm Shirt and a sweatshirt to try out the fabric quality, garment-fits and print. Just excellent! Had only one issue with the print on a t_shirt and customer service resolved this in a fast and friendly manner. Definitely coming back for more!

Update!

I put in my second order with Tapstitch this order being over $2000 in products and i accidently put in the wrong address to ship it too. I reached out the next day to fill out a form and the politely said that everything is fixed and to be assured. 1 month later all 4 packages keep going to an address that does not exist and now i have to pay UPS a fee for each package to change the shipping address. They stopped emailing me back and basically said the package was delivered and there was no records of me changing my address even though i had email proof from them a month ago with a photo of the entire thing. I thought after spending almost $3000 within my first 2 orders they would cater to my requests but ill probably just go with another pod company next time since this caused me about another $100

Update: TapStitch has refunded me 30% of my order and made sure all the products were correctly changed and got to the correct location in a timely matter. Customer service was very good and persistent with keeping in touch as regarding of updates I would get an email or phone call at least everyday. It was a minor error I thought would become something worse but they have proved me wrong. Also the quality and materials they use for the clothing is top tier and I have gotten many compliments from my clients!

We’re truly sorry for the frustration you experienced — especially after placing multiple large orders with us. You’re right to expect smooth communication and reliable support when requesting an address change, and we regret that this situation caused you additional cost and stress.

After reviewing your case:

Your first order address update was processed by our team and delivered successfully.

Your second order, however, was shipped in four separate boxes. Because UPS treats each package as an individual shipment, each tracking number requires a separate address change. It appears that only one of the four tracking numbers was updated when the change was submitted directly through UPS, which is why only one box arrived at the corrected address.

We completely understand how frustrating this was. It’s on us for not providing clearer guidance and all four tracking numbers upfront to make the process easier.

To help make this right, we’ll cover the additional UPS address-change fees you had to pay because of this issue. Our team has already noted this on your account so we can handle it quickly.

We’re also improving how we communicate address-change procedures for split shipments to ensure no one runs into the same issue again.
