For my daughter's wedding, we went to Tanishq Banjara hills store. We have been a regular customers of Tanishq, be it Nagpur or Hyderabad. The staff is not only courteous and polite but also very very patient. They explained every scheme available to us along with the various offers as well as making charges applicable to each product. The went ahead of their call of duty and helped us in selection that we kept on changing. Loved their efforts. Three cheers to Sabin, Bhavani Prasad, Sita siva Kumar n Satish kumar. Keep it up ..

Actually I am the customer of Contai Tanishq. Last year I was purchased lot of product from contai branch. Also I was made scheme from this branch. After that they shows their original face. Every month I faced problem during my monthly payment of scheme , because lack on follow-up. Not a single call came for reminder . Even I don’t received a single call for poila boisakh. I am totally dissatisfied on contai branch . For that reason I am bound to break my scheme and bound to go to Medinipur Tanishq branch and purchased my last product from Tanishq from Medinipur branch. Also I am surprised when I shows that the google reviews option are offed of Contai Tanishq shop. For that region I am bound to write here . I am totally dissatisfied on contai Tanishq branch as well as Tanishq brand. Further I am not going to purchase any product from Tanishq and also not recommend to any family member or friends. 😡

Last week, We purchased, mangalsutra and patli from GOkhale road, thane showroom, we received excellent customer service from Dipali khot, the calculations are to the last mg accuracy and the melting process was very much shared and cobtrolled by babban, thanks Tanishq team

Very disappointed with Tanishq [store location]. I visited to redeem my gold scheme and old gold. I was only considering a purchase, but without my consent, the staff sent my old gold away from the store for melting, without informing or confirming with me.

Now I’m being forced to buy jewellery and pay GST + making charges for no fault of mine. They’ve taken no responsibility or offered any compensation.

This careless handling has caused financial loss and broken my trust in the brand. Please be cautious if you're exchanging old gold here.

Took a gold ring for my dad in Coimbatore Tanishq branch. They welcomed us properly and the staff Ms. Poorani was very humble and attended us properly.

Myself and my wife visited Tanishq store on Thursday last and bought bracelet and ear rings for my wife. We wish to put on record our appreciation for the excellent service by Dhanvanti .

Bought a diamond ring in Dubai kamara Tanishq while on holidays in Dubai . They told me the diamond on the ring was expensive . Trusting them I bought it. Later when I checked at an another store they quoted for exact same diamond less than half the price(reputed store).
I later checked at another place and it was the same.
Now since a month I am in touch with them but no answer why I paid so high. They keep saying they are investing and the price of the diamond is such . That too after they said to me that the diamond of that price was not available in the store I bought it.
Every time I question they will delay to reply and send same reply rather than specifying what I am asking.
I asked for more details about the diamond and report of the investigation by them but they won’t answer now.
They also dont have a proper cert for the diamonds . It’s just the company cert.

(I am quite old customer of Tanishq). I have raised complaint with them for wrong billing (took more money from me). For last few months I am behind them but not getting refund. They are ready to give me dinner voucher. this is their billing mistake then why should I accept dinner voucher? Feeling quite frustrated.

I have been a regular customer of Tanishq and frequently visit Tanishq Gold Souq Gurugram. The purity and designs of Tanishq are beyond words. The Tata brand as always never let's you down. It is the best.

At Gold souq Mr Nitish Sharma always welcomes with smile and his polite gestures along with his intricate knowledge about jewellery has always impressed. He has always shown interest in displaying and guiding during my purchases.

Looking forward to have my further purchases from Tanishq.

Tanisq by Tata is a joke almost all our jewellery we bought from Tanisq Trichy branch broke after 2/3 times of using, when we approached the store they say its beyond repairable so they trick you to buy new jewels with extortionate making charges and the same goes on and on evertime, it seems Tanisq by Tata deliberatly make jewels with weak points so it easily breaks so customers will exchange for new jewels with extortionate making charges.

Please don’t buy Tanisq diamonds… it’s wasting of money… after 3 or 4 years if u don’t have bill,their diamond is equal to a normal stone . No value at all .. at least if will invest in gold we can cash it anytime anywhere 🙏

I have been to Tanishq showroom at Shipra Mall in Indirapuram. The showroom has a vast collection meeting needs and requirements of all segment.
I was attended to by Pooja Sharma who is extremely humble, friendly, knowledgeable and very patient in dealing with customers. She guided me in a very appropriate manner to select the item needed by me.

Because i have completed my Diploma of Electronics and communication engineering
10th + 3 years Studying .
You if you don’t want to hire me please don’t hire I’m fine BUT tell earlier.
Your management team waste my Two months.
Yashika Also rudely talk to me on call with attitude i hire more than 60 people don’t teach me. I don’t want to hire you.

Please give me my two month salary because I’m very poor person.
