We visited Tanishq shop in Oberio Mall in Goregoan Mumbai on 6th of February 2026 and was attended by Muskan.She was very friendly and polite. My Wife asked her questions and she answered all politely.
We bought some jewellery and told her that we will be back the next day .
We visited on 7th of February and was again attended by Muskan. This time my Wife wanted to exchange the old jewellery and in return buy new jewellery.
Muskan explained everything regarding the old jewellery. My Wife bought some new jewellery.
Muskan was very professional and went through the process of selling the old jewellery .All the time she was very polite,helpful and friendly.
The organisation needs staff like Muskan who make Customers feel comfortable and welcome.

I have given token money to tanisq that they are giving e back after not able to provide selected jewelery.

The total attention given by staff. Iwas served by Sheetal Prakash and Suraj at Ghatkopar East branch. They explained every detail of costing and also gave all details of jewllery piece.
They both were patient and knowledgeable. I exchanged my old gold for diamond pendant set and diamond earrings.

My review for tanishq every person is good / excellent, name Komal she tell everything about gold is very good and Handel the consumer is excellent and nice.my experience with tanshiq is excellent.

Warning: Do not buy any gold plan from here — they are scammers.

When you go back and ask for a gold coin as per your gold plan amount, they refuse. Instead, they force you to buy jewellery, or they tell you to wait until the plan is fully completed.

They also claim that after 320 days, the Bangalore branch will send the gold to your home, but there is no proper confirmation or transparency.

This is misleading and not what they promise at the time of selling the plan. Please be very careful before investing.

The cordial hospitality of the staff of Tanishq showroom Guwahati in showing us the variety of collection with patience, particularly the sweet smiling gentle nature of Jimi Boruah.

I had Ms Azhageshwari to assist me on gold purchase at Tanishq Iyyappanthangal branch and it was an amazing experience with her. She was very polite, courteous, patient and enthusiastic to take us through the several collections of the store. I am grateful to Ms Azhageshwari for the lovely items I purchased and highly recommend Tanishq for purchases in future too for anyone who is in need of unique collections with absolute value for money☺️

Worst and most fraudulent app!
I placed my order on 8th October 2025, but the order was never delivered. Still, the app marked the order as delivered, which is completely wrong. I contacted customer support multiple times, but no proper response and no refund till now.

Today is 13th January 2026, and I am still waiting for my refund. This is totally unacceptable. Very poor service, misleading delivery status, and zero customer support. Please don’t trust this app.

I was lured into a scheme (gold harvest) which was going well until the 11th month. I had to move out of India and hence i could not be physically present to get the gold purchased at the store in india. I struggled to get my money back. I was promised that i was eligible for return of the interest of money that had accumulated on my gold harvest savings, but now i am being told it would only be returned when i am physically in India. This is a cheating strategy where a customer is not being paid back the money and promise that tanishq had promised.
I will never shop with tanishq ever and have been left cheated without the intrest component returned to me.

On 28 December 25,I visited Tanishq AB road Indore. An employee attended me and I booked a pair of bangles at a frozen gold rate. It was told that I am eligible for around 7000/- off. The next day on 29th Dec 2025 I went to exchange my old gold for the remaining payment. I entered the outlet at 6:10 p.m. they explained all the things that I need to do for gold exchange. All these ended up by 6:35 p.m. and the worse things started. I came to know that the discount offer on 28th Dec is not valid because it was applicable on 13.5% or above making charges and my product was of 12% making charge and they realised that offer is not on system and just a verbal communication.This made me so disappointed and deceived.
Then I went for another offer which is the birthday month offer for which I was eligible. But I was shocked to know that there is no update showing on the system just because it was my spouse's contact no. not mine. So they raised a ticket for the updation for my husband's contact no. It took about an additional hour to add to my woes .Now after updating finally I got the discount of about 5600/-. And now it's the time for final bill settlement for which I was asked to pay 6622/- Then when the UPI link was sent, the amount raised to 7688/- I made that payment and question furiously about it. So they said that the gold rate goes down just now that's why it is showing this difference. I said angrily that it was their fault for the delay not mine.
So they returned 1050/- to me and then I left the store with a lot of frustration at about 8:45 p.m.
After this horrendous experience I will never shop from Tanishq
and will advise people not to rely on their false verbal commitments and double check the offers on the system.
The employees need to be educated and updated about the store offers. They should check on the system before making any such commitment to the customers. Time for INTROSPECTION.
