Everything is OK except for DPD
Everything is OK except for the parcel service they use. DPD might just be the worst parcel service ever. And choosing it, is something tandenborstel is responsible for.

I do not recommend ordering anything…
I do not recommend ordering anything there. On March 26, I ordered electric toothbrushes and they were supposed to be delivered the next day, as they write on their website. After 4 days I didn't receive anything, so I called there and found out that what I ordered was no longer in stock, no one informed me about it . On April 5th I was supposed to get my money back but I didn't get it. 319,70€. It's April 11th I still have no money and I'm still calling them trying to get my money back.

Very good service, good prices and quality packing!
I am a regular customer of Tandenborstel.com. The website has a huge variety of products, including the ones that are not easy to find anywhere else. The products, payment methods, price, packing, shipping, and customer service are excellent.
