I had ordered something (I thought) for around 85 euros. Money wasn't taken off my account and the customer service did not reply back whatsoever. Happy that the purchase didn't went through. It feels like a scam.

I placed an order and assumed that I would receive an email soon and that my order would be shipped. After waiting 7 days I called them and it turned out that they had left it at a collection point. Normally you should at least receive a message, right? They also do not respond to emails with complaints.
