Appalling customer service and incredibly difficult to cancel - AVOID
Couldn't access an account set up for my 13 yr old daughter until the sim was activated. I had set it up with delayed connection until her existing contract ran out. I didn't want the faff of sim replacing just to look at my account and she was out with her phone anyway. I wanted to confirm what date the switchover would be. The customer service I received was so stinkingly awful I wanted to cancel there and then. After TWO HOURS on the webchat I finally got what I wanted. I asked repeatedly for a confirmation email which I never received. Note: Take a transcript of your conversation because they will lie to you. I went back into the webchat a week later, just to confirm this account had been cancelled. I have just checked my bank account and surprise surprise - there is a transaction pending for TALKMOBILE first payment. For a service I have never used and didn't want. Livid is not the word. So glad I ditched these clowns - I am now having to take it up with my bank.
