Website is broke in 2 places

Website is broke in 2 places. 1. Can't click on sort code to fill it in. Had to use 'tab' to jump to that to fill it in. 2. Can't press final 'order' button if you have don't want to receive calls etc...

Although I’ve been on the phone most of…

Although I’ve been on the phone most of the day trying to sort out an e sim for my son I spoke to Paul who was the most helpful person ever. We struggled so much with it but he was adamant he was getting this sorted for me. I just felt I had to post a positive comment as the Agents get a bad rep from customers sometimes. He rang me back twice to see if I had got sorted. Customer service is very good. 😊

I am new customer with Talkmobile. I used the TALKMOBILE chat today and was very straightforward in responding my queries, very helpful. I am very happy with the service and support. I recommend it 🤗

If I could give minus stars I would

If I could give minus stars I would .

Entire process of changing over was a pain with both phones with no service for half a day then needing multiple calls to get things working .

Then received a call to discuss the service we received, told them it’s not a good time as I was at work , to be told that’s fine it won’t take long .

Unable to activate roaming while abroad , every other service provider allows you to access their platform to engage roaming services while abroad however after 2 days we gave up and bought local sims

Only silver lining is that it’s a rolling month by month contract so we can bin them off.
