Abid Hamid dealt with my broken card reader very efficiently. Really appreciated his flexibility to talk with my staff and ring me back when everything was sorted. 5 star service.

when i called takepayments i spoke to…

when i called takepayments i spoke to Veronica Delice who took me through the process for getting my last 6 months statements, not being very tech savvy Veronica showed patience & understanding with me and talked me through what i had to do, at the end of the call i had my statements and was very happy with the team at takepayments.

Excellent Customer Service

I spoke to advisor Jonathan Savage today in order to discuss an issue with a card terminal.
Jonathan provided first class customer service and advice as to how the issue could be resolved. He was friendly and professional and provided clear instructions.
Thank you for the support, it was much appreciated.

What more could you ask for!!

I spoke to Jacqueline Cummins this afternoon to sort out a problem with AmEx payments. She resolved the problem quickly, efficiently and with a great sense of humour. What more could you ask for!!

Great customer service

Had a courtesy call today to see how i was getting on with my new contract and terminal , all good .
Spoke to Johnathan Savage who clearly knows his stuff and was very polite . A very friendly firm to deal with which always makes me happy .
