I still haven’t received the order. Had I known it was coming from Hong Kong, I never would have ordered from this company. I was under the impression it was coming from Missouri. Very disappointed in the long wait.

I have tracked your package and see that this has arrived and being sorted out in Hebron, Kentucky, since 14 January. Soon enough, this will be on the road for final delivery.
Although your order was dispatched within 24 hours, do note that all carriers experience delays in processing and delivery due to unprecedented volumes and COVID safety restrictions during the holidays. As a result, your order experiences gaps and uncertainties in tracking event updates.

Product has an awesome price compared…
Product has an awesome price compared to some of the competitors but I hoped the outer rubber layer would have been a little tighter fitting it keeps coming off of the inner case, and I am petrified he will be carrying it and our 1500 device will fall to the floor. Maybe in future models work on that.

Good case, could stand up better.
Great case for my 9 year old that has butter fingers. Took a star away because when you set it up it is pretty straight up and down, doesn’t really lean back. Other than that it’s great!
