Diogo Lobo was the salesman I dealt with. He was courteous, polite and honest throughout our meetings as was everyone else I interacted with. I can honestly say that it was a very good experience. The culture of the company clearly comes from the top which is very refreshing.

It has taken several months and three separate trips to the garage (a hundred miles round trip for me) to get the air conditioning fixed on my brand new car under warranty. The service department is not well run, in my opinion, and there was no sense of urgency to get me up and running with working air conditioning in the hottest summer on record, nor was there any apology (or compensation) for my significant inconvenience. The communication is poor and the automated phone switch board makes it almost impossible to speak to anyone.
