Super Sytner Service
From the start, I was well looked after by every member of the Sytner staff who dealt with me. Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly and professional with a no-nonsense attitude. I bought the car, which I was part-exchanging, from CarShop, prior to Sytner and I must say that there is a notable improvement in all aspects of the operation since Sytner took over. Exceptional Service from Ty. A Car Salesman in a League of His Own
I honestly cannot recommend Ty highly enough. I went with my mother to help her purchase her car, and from our very first conversation right through to completing the purchase, Ty made the entire experience exceptional.
Ty is naturally talented at what he does. He is friendly, polite, patient and exceptionally knowledgeable about his profession. He answered every question we had, explained everything clearly and, importantly, pointed out things we hadn’t even thought of or known to ask about. He made sure we understood everything and that nothing was overlooked.
What really sets Ty apart, though, is the way he treats his customers. There was absolutely no pushing, persuading or rushing at any point. He gave my mother the time and space to make her own decision, while always being there with honest, professional and helpful advice. The whole process was smooth, calm and genuinely stress-free from beginning to end.
Ty is not simply a car salesman. He is someone who genuinely cares about the people he is dealing with and takes pride in making sure they have the right information and feel completely comfortable with their decision. His professionalism, patience, honesty and genuine manner are what set him apart. He doesn’t make you feel like a customer he is trying to sell a car to, he makes you feel like a person he is genuinely trying to help.
Ty is not just a car salesman he is a genuinely exceptional person who happens to be extremely good at selling cars.
We have met and dealt with many car salesmen over the years, but I can honestly say that we have never come across anyone quite like Ty. He is genuinely in a league of his own. His knowledge, patience, professionalism, manners and, most importantly, his genuine approach to people are second to none.
I would also like to mention all the other members of staff we met during our visit. Everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming, professional and helpful. The overall atmosphere was incredibly positive, and it was clear that customer service was genuinely important throughout the dealership.
The dealership itself was also extremely impressive. The layout was top-spec, modern, spacious and very well thought out, with something to cater for all individuals and a wide range of needs. Everything felt comfortable, accessible and welcoming, which added to what was already an outstanding experience.
Buying a car can sometimes feel stressful or overwhelming, but Ty and the team completely changed that experience for us. My mother felt comfortable, respected and looked after throughout, and that meant a great deal to both of us.
If you are looking for someone who knows his profession inside out, listens to his customers, explains everything properly and allows you to make your own decision without any pressure whatsoever, I would wholeheartedly recommend Ty.
An absolute credit to the dealership and, without question, one of the best car salesmen we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

Top notch service
Had a recent bad purchase from a different dealer leaving me quite out of pocket, sytner went out of Thier way to give me the best deal possible on my new motor, and even sorted out and issue that arose within a week of having the vehicle, it says sorted and fixed at Thier expenses, with zero quarrels. The team were very helpful, particularly Oliver and Nicola.

The waiting time is much longer
The waiting time is much longer, I went there at 8 a.m., i had an appointment at 8:30 a.m., they told me on the phone the day before that they would prioritize me and make fast because I had commitments,and it didn't go like this, I ended up at 12 o'clock, for a simply changing a valve to the tier. That's too much waiting for such a small job.
