I’ve been dealing with Naeem and Amardeep at Sytner select Cardiff and I honestly cannot fault the kind and patient service we have received. The most dreadful firm to deal with
The most dreadful firm to deal with. I am still waiting over a month for a warranty decision after the car was brought in for inspection. They never call you back, don’t reply to emails and generally ghost you after you have bought the vehicle. Same can be said for the Bristol branch. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.
So I’ve just seen the reply from the head of new business. To clarify;
1. The Sytner “warranty” is irrelevant, the Consumer Rights Act gives customers 6 months and this fault was reported within that time period.
2. This fault should have been picked up in the 135 point pre delivery inspection.
3. I bought a car from Sytner - I don’t care which branch it is, as a customer I just want a resolution. Cardiff are ignoring me and you are overseeing that customer service failure.
4 You might want to check the spelling of your reply and also the passive aggressive tone which doesn’t help matters.
5. I’ll be in later to hand deliver my complaint letter which includes a 7 day deadline.

Dear Mr Higginson, Thank you for your feedback in relation to you vehicle warranty and authorisation needed, as you are aware all vehicle are supplied with a 3,000 mile 90 day warranty, as I understand you are requesting repairs outside of the warranty period, this information has already been given, due to the length of time you have owned your vehicle any authorisation needed outside of the warranty terms must come from the store you purchased your vehicle from and not the Cardiff centre, it is disopointint that you feel Team Cardiff have not supported you, moving forward if we can assist with any pre authorised repair please do not hesitate to contact SELCT Cardiff. I have brought a used car from them and travel a long way to get it. Upon collecting the car it had not been prep well and upon getting home found out it required a service within 3 months. I made a complaint and there was no reply from them. Would stay away. Basically sell a car and dont want to know.
