Luca was helpful from the beginning, helped me find the perfect car and answered all the questions we had. He even replied to questions on his days off. Audi A6 purchase and Mobile service
I've just bought an Audi A6 from Derby Audi, and the service from Ethan on the sale has been second to none, can't thank you enough, the process from viewing the car to the purchasing was fantastic so thank you. I had a small issue with the car in terms of a software update being needed, and Ethan organised for Andrew the mobile Tech to come out to my property and again, what great service, thanks Andrew for your work sorting out the issue and for being prompt with both communications and work on the car.

Best car buying experience ever
Just purchased a Q5 and could not have been more satisfied with the process from the team at Derby Audi. Mark was excellent and extremely helpful and got all the paperwork completed in under 90 mins. Also thanks to the lovely lady in reception who looked after our dog...all the staff we're super friendly!! Would highly recommend this dealership and we will be back when our current lease expires on our other car.

Mark the salesman was the most patient person listening to exactly what we wanted. He really took time with us explaining everything . On the test drive he couldn’t have been more helpful . Mobile vehicle technician
Contacted Nottingham Volkswagen who didn’t know how to help. Went on to Contact derby Audi who sent Andy their mobile vehicle technician. Wow what a guy, very knowledgeable, knew exactly what needed to be done and was done super quick. Price was good too… highly recommend Andy, very professional, knowledgeable, experienced, kept me upto date and explained everything in detail.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Jessica made sure that I was updated on my repair (thank you Jessica) and the bonus was it was completed earlier than advised. Gary made an excellent job of cleaning my car inside and out before collection. Very professional, friendly and helpful staff. I would highly recommend Audi Derby.

From my initial enquiry with Aaron Newton, within minutes I was emailed full specifications of the car I was interested in. The car was actually undergoing its full service check, but was available to test drive in the afternoon. I bought the car the following day after the test drive.
