OK glasses, no support
Amongst many model lines, Symmetry offers the Urban Arise model, which utilize a unique system for mounting the nose pads. This review is specifically in regards to this model, but is likely to apply to any of the company's other lines which may utilize this same system.
We've purchased to pairs now for my daughter, who really likes them. I have found the plastic of the frames to be a bit too flexible, and am nervous when handling and cleaning the lenses that they will break. However, that isn't the most pressing issue.
Simply put, the nose pads have a tendency to "melt off" of the frames during moderate heat events. The first time we thought it was a fluke, but now it has happened twice with two pairs of frames.
To further compound the issue, we have moved house long distance and no longer live near the shop we originally purchased from, nor any other shops which carry the line.
I contacted Symmetry directly, and their response, which included spelling and grammatical errors, essentially told us to contact the original shop. There was no effort or attempt to assist us any further in our issue.
