SCAM

First I was charged more than my order was for an advent calendar. Order placed on 11/3/25 stated 10-15 days to receive. It has been stuck in customs in Ireland since 11/11/25. I have emailed them 7 times with no response at all regarding the order or a refund. I disputed the charge with my credit card. I was really looking forward to surprising my son with the advent calendar. This sight is a total SCAM. Save yourself the aggravation and do not order anything from Wonderaro

Absolute scam

Absolute scam - we ordered an F1 monopoly game. The board is a piece of rag, the printing on it is illegible and we paid over £30. Took 6 weeks to arrive and now they are offering £3 as a refund. They have said to return it the shipping costs are too high as it has to go back to China and have now offered £5 - they are a scam company DO NOT buy anything from them

I ordered a Pink Floyd advent calendar…

I ordered a Pink Floyd advent calendar from this shambles of a company on Nov 1st. Including P&P the cost was over £37 so I was expecting something a lot better than the piece of crap that arrived half way through December. They ship from China but the tracking link I got on the order suggests they come from the USA. I emailed them at the end of November to be given a completely different tracking URL which showed the calendar hadn't even left China yet.
When it did arrive I was disappointed with it so emailed their support address only to be given the line that it costs too much to send items back so will you accept 3USD compensation. Eventually managed to get them up to 9USD but even then considering the quality and size and lateness I would have liked to push for more but thought if I keep pushing at some point they will just ignore my emails and I will get nothing from them.

False advertising and scam

When it comes to a scum they took it to a complete new level. Ordered 4 Advents calendar for over 100 USD. What was delivered as an unprinted cardboard calendar with the boxes badly aligned and half the boxes empty. after complaining they overed me 8 USD compensation which they increased by 2 USD every other day, trying to prevent me to not write negative reviews. At the end I got zero refund

Expérience catastrophique. J'ai commandé un calendrier de noel il y a deux mois, nous sommes le 15 décembre, il n'est toujours pas arrivé. Je demande donc un remboursement, le chat robot m'indique que la commande va arriver.

THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR!!!!Order…

THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR!!!!Order placed on October 19, 2025 (Advent calendar). Now, December 9, 2025, still haven't received anything. I contacted customer service and demanded my money back, but they kept coming up with the same (bullshit) excuse: it's on its way and will be with you soon, just wait a few more days. I have now sent more than 20 emails and receive this response every time.
It's easy to blame the shipping company. I'll continue with this, because they can't keep their promise of delivery within 15 days. My lawyer has been notified.

EMPTY Advent Calendar

We purchased an advent calendar for our son under their website WONDERARO (company also called STARCRAFT) - I think they have multiple names to skirt around these negative reviews plaguing them online.
It was advertised as a 'die cast construction vehicle advent calendar'. Upon arrival, they were not die cast vehicles, but 2-D little plastic cut-outs, AND, worst part? Most of the advent calendar doors were EMPTY. You can imagine the disappointment of a 6 year old opening his Christmas advent calendar.
In contacting them they were very unhelpful and ultimately with a push offered $8 USD in a refund (paid $58). Terrible products, false promises.

This company is ridiculous

This company is ridiculous - I ordered a gift for my daughter to open on 1st December - we gave it to her on 30th November and instantly realised that instead of a Rock Ducks Advent Calendar, it was actually an advent with miniature tools.
The customer service have refused to admit they got it wrong and offered me $4 as a goodwill gesture - I feel so insulted and would advise people to avoid this company at all costs

We love these shoes for our 2 yr old

We love these shoes for our 2 yr old, who has wide big feet, we went with a size seven and it fit with a little room to grow, and my toddler LOVES them. I have never seen her run and not fall, or even attempt to skip well in these shoes she tries to skip and run all without falling. I will be ordering more colors they are so versatile.
