First use took us (with caravan) down a farm track. Absolutely useless. No customer support from Sygic at all.
BUT, Apple refunded the full amount within 24hrs!!

The customer support is VERY poor
I purchased it and did not function correctly. It was showing I had not registered the product. It would not auto Centre when using it. Wen it eventually registered two weeks later the product was CRAP. When I requested a refund they said I had it too long. It was less than a month and had only been working less than 1 week

Android auto not available in UK, though set up for car and caravan takes you down single track roads.. jumpy icons and not accurate

I like that you only need internet when planning the route. Once saved its good to go without internet.
However a problem arrises when you loose gps signal (happens too often) and when it's restored it reboots the route. This would be fine if it remembered where you're been because it shows routes to both the next and the previous waypoint, highlighting more than one route and making it totally confusing. I'd prefer if it used some internet data to store where you'd been and continuing where you left off when gps signal is restored.

Absolutely awful - when I try to plan a route on my phone using a 'Premium+' subscription it tells me to use the website instead. When I use the website they then try to sell me a further 'Premium+' subscription - glad I only paid a single years discounted subscruiption as I can now dump these muppets at a limited cost!!!

I have 3 licenses which I paid for them when I purchase the programs, after countless E-mails they still want me to purchase a subscription every year. I explain to them that my licenses said LIFETIME updates, Traffic, and of course they all had sound. Now they want me to buy premium, they scam all the people who had Lifetime updates, traffic, and sound. Date of Experience it started this year, I put 03/01/2023 but it might be before or after that date.

Last update destroid that app, stay away. Costumers that have bought the app were scamed by them.

You can add map of only desire maps.
It is not too expensive and you have all important points.
Must have for back up for travel.

Bought the truck app for my motorhome 7 days ago with lifetime maps. I am unable to use it as they continually say i do not have a licence even though i have their email confirming purchase. This company is a con, fake, scam. They do not reply to emails. Thnkfully i used a credit card via paypal and will be claiming my money back. Do not pay for the app.

I gave never in my entire life encountered such a unreliable company with such a lack of empathy for their customers. Having purchased the Truck and Caravan app I've decided to buy the Traffic and Speed camera aswell . They say you will receive the receipt and the "instructions " once you've made payment. This was on the 6th July and till today I have not received support of any kind so I can download my 2 apps.!!! Emailing to what they call urgente help triggers a message get back to you in 3-5 business days. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE and for this reason I will pursuit a full refund. Somebody has to stop this mob.

Real offline map.
It is good to see a real offline map. as it is hard to reach mobile signal.

Trying to find an address on Sygic is a joke.
Eg.: Instead of the city's name of Toronto, Ontario, you'll get something like "Woodbine Corridor", Ontario.
Or: instead of Whitby, Ontario. You'll get "Pringle Creek", Ontario. There are NO such addresses and you have a list of these to choose from.
Another glitch is that the app will first send you in the wrong direction, then want you to turn around, even though it has had more than enough time to locate it's position.

Purchased this as a caravan user. Adverts stated that it links though Apple CarPlay. Couldn’t get to work so went through all the info on line - no joy!
Sent message to Sygic - no reply
Sent second message after 10 days and got reply stating CarPlay no available in uk. What a con. They offered refund after threatening to claim back from PayPal- then retracted the following day.
Put claim in to PayPal and got full refund within minutes!!

The Team of Sygic is a perfect one. I especially i want to thank Katarina for her great Job.

I paid for a lifetime license and magically they changed my licence so I have to pay for the options I had In my lifetime subscription. What a robbish Slovak company is, I hope you will be bankrupt soon as you are illegally robbing people in the EU I believe guys from below we have to send a complaint to the EU parliament and report this company as scammers.

I updated to premium about 3 months ago, SmartCam does not work, I have an Android cell phone, Samsung A13, 5G. Turn on SmartCam and I start to move my car and in less than 5 seconds the app shuts down. I have communicated with their Tech Support via email many times, , did all the troubleshooting suggestions and still does not work. Last two emails responses on their behalf where "we are aware of the issue and will have a fix with the next update", it been over 2 months and I am not confident.it will be fixed.

The app is battery hungry and worse at finding places than Google Maps. If I use the dashcam and the maps at the same time my phone eventually shuts down due to overheating, making the dashcam useless.

Now, as others have pointed out, I was emailed by them to be told they have removed live traffic updates, map updates and more from the Lifetime subscription I bought and shoved it behind a monthly subscription... for something I already paid for! Beyond angry, this is daylight robbery.

Uninstalled, never again. Disgraceful way to operate.

The removal of features made available to premium lifetime license holders and re-packaging into a new premium+ annual additional license fee. Is no doubt legal. But immoral and a good indicator of the companies future charging strategies. Its a real shame that such a previously good company has gone so bad. It is now a money first customer service second company. Don't invest your cash as thousands of previous suscribers like myself have done.

Sygic stealing my money.
From few Years ago I paid to premium for life and it was inkl all services .
In December 2022 Sygic sended an E-mail to me to tel me at most of services in my account is moved from premium to premium Plus 😡
And if want the services again I have to update to Premium Plus and I have to pay again.. and it is not one amount and that's it NO it is subscription annually.
I already paid before.
I think I have to make report in the police station.
Because it is exactly the same when you buy a car from a person and after few years come this person and say I will take my car and if you want it so buy again.
Stay away from this from those thiefs.
Also sygic using TomTom maps so I will move to the original company TomTom.. cheaper and not cheating me .
I will not leave my rights even if I will go to court with them 😡😡😡
