Great selection, quick delivery and all round excellent service. I have bought from Swisstool several times and highly recommend them.

This is the second time I have ordered from swisstool. One pen knife personalised as a Christmas gift for my partner which he loved. My father admired it so I bought him one, personalised for Father's Day which he was thrilled with. A lovely gift/keepsake but useful too.

Ordered a small Swiss army knife for my wife, and got it in her favorite yellow. Ordering was easy and delivery was quick and came when it was advised.

Your selection of products was very good. You offered upgrades not always available from other vendors. Ordering merchandise was easy. Prices were fair. Delivery was quick.

Poor. Ordered a knife with my son's name and number on it. They sent the wrong colour without any name or number. Wrote an email and got no response. Wrote a message through their website and still got no response. Ignorant company.

Ordered 2 knives, one engraved. Happy with the quality of the knives. The engraving looks good but the handle was left wavy on the top of the writing. Delivery was fast but there is no way to track your order.
