Since I have been getting products from Swanson I have been very satisfied. All the products are of good quality. They arrive on time. Prices are reasonable.

I’ve received this product once before without issue. This time (2nd order) came with a broken lid due to poor packaging to protect lid, thus it spilled out in the plastic and made a mess. I reported and they advised a new bottle would be sent. It was mailed on April 28 but still haven’t received it. Tracking it seems it has been shipped all around even made it to my state once then to another state. It appears to be stuck as of May 12 with no further updates.
Three stars due to good product, previous order, and responding quickly to original report of broken lid, but no idea how replacement was shipped or packaged and yet to receive the bottle. Not a product you want breaking and spilling so ought to be carefully packaged and use a shipper responsible for getting it to its destination on time without exposure to various conditions during 3 weeks thus far.

Swanson makes it right after I received an incomplete autoship order.

05/22/2026 - The order was finally delivered

I ordered my supplements and 10 days later recieved a survey on how I liked their service when I never recieved the shipment. I called and they said wiat 2 days I did still no shipment . I called again they finally sent out another shipment with a tracking number. also recieved another questionaire . I finally recieved my shipment.

I like the variety of options, though finding what I want can be time consuming. I like the prices. One thing I would change is to have the option to buy different supplements containing the same number of doses. That is, if each container holds for example 120 doses, it would make ordering so much easier than having to figure out how long each supply will last and ordering more containers with fewer doses so they all run out about the same time.

So far, bad. I haven't received anything yet.

I like the products. Have used for several years. The Website was a bit "wonky" this time. My order was over $200. At $50, free shipping applies. The system indicated I would get free shipping and when the order filled I got charged. I sent a couple of emails explaining the situation. Eventually I did get a credit back for shipping. Was just an irritation and waste of my time

still no delievery of my order after 17 days. tracking shows fedx gave it to Us postal

I have been buying from Swanson since the 1990’s and I m not sure what happened to this order but I have not had a delivery take this long!!! I placed the order on April 27, 2026 n it is 5/13/2026 n the tracking now says it is being delivered today. We will see. The tracking is very poor by FedEx and it looked like the package goes to Pa from ND but then goes back to Ohio then back to Pa on its way to NY?!!! Why did this take so long?! I usually pay the extra $2.99 but regular free delivery had only a day more for delivery then the express delivery so I chose regular free. So far it has taken 13 business days! And the tracking was not very clear or easy to understand.
