Great service. When I couldnt find the correct colour tie for a wedding, they sent me more swatches, until I found the best one. Fast delivery despite me leaving it late.

The whole process has been so smooth, from obtaining various samples, to the final order. Communication and delivery has been speedy. Would definitely recommend.

I can highly recommend. I tried to match my bridesmaids dress colour to some ties and after ordering samples of every company I didn’t get anywhere. I contacted George at swagger & Swoon and he couldn’t have been more helpful. He sourced material in for me and made me what I wanted. Amazing quality and excellent customer service. Swagger & Swoon were extremely helpful and kept us updated about the delivery of our order. We were a bit tight for time and they made every effort to ensure we had our ties. The text messaging service was especially good and friendly . The groom’s tie and pocket square were really beautiful. Having inexpensive swatches to help colour matching meant we could order with confidence. All in all - a fantastic company!

As all the other reviews, cant recommend this company enough. Very satisfied with items purchased, ties, pocket squares and ribbon. Several good sized samples were sent for colour matching purposes which have proved very useful. we also had a custom made pocket square for my 5 year old Grandson which was lovely.
Excellent customer service and follow up communication all through the process, really stands out from other companies I have dealt with whilst planning our wedding. Some big names amongst them who should take note!

I cannot fault swagger and swoon at all from first ordering my grooms tie set. To then be contacted to see if I wanted some free swatches sent out which was amazing. I will be ordering all my ties for my wedding next year ☺️

This company are amazing. They were so helpful when I needed to match the colour of a tie to a wedding outfit. They sent as many swatches as I needed. They replied to my messages so quickly and were very helpful. Have already recommended them to a friend for her wedding.

The tie was perfect, and the personal service we received was exemplary. We only bought a tie and pocket handkerchief, but were made to feel like VIP's. The quality was excellent, and the swatches ensured we got exactly the right colour.

Couldn’t recommend Swagger & Swoon more! When it came to ordering swatches and ties they assisted it colour matching which was great. Given the last minute ordering, they ensured the ties & pocket squares were dispatched quickly! Arrived in plenty of time for our December Wedding!

The company as a whole and the best communication i've encountered from a retailer. They were very professional but really personable. I bought a tie and pocket square for my wedding and whilst the product was of great quality, the team remembered my wedding date and sent me many congratulations. A lovely bunch! i'll be using them again for future events.

We were SO impressed with Swagger & Swoon! Their customer service is incredible! I ordered some swatches for our groomsmen and a few days after they arrived I had a lovely text from George in their customer service team who asked what I thought and he's happy to send more swatches if the ones I had received weren't quite right. I was trying to match the ties as best I could to my bridesmaid dresses and George said I could send them a photo or a swatch of the dress if I had one and they would send me swatches that best matched. I ended up going with one they sent me! When I placed my order I realised that I needed one more tie, S&S were amazing! They added the new tie to my order and sent me an invoice for the new one and they all arrived together! They even sent me little updates while the order was processing! I've never experienced such great customer service ever! And I worked in customer service for years so I really appreciate good customer service! Would 1000% recommend!

Absolutely delighted with the service provided by Swagger & Swoon. Communication throughout was faultless! The 2 self tie bow ties and 2 ties and 4 pocket handkerchiefs were superb quality and perfectly matched the bridesmaids dresses. Delivery was as expected. Cannot recommend Swagger & Swoon highly enough.
