Well, when I found what I needed online I had a question before ordering it, never heard a peep out of them. I decided to take a chance and order it anyway. I have to say they shipped it within 24hrs and it arrived in Dutch St. Maarten in less than a week. Online my really only choice of delivery was DHL, ok. It arrived via UPS? The shipping box was demolished! I opened the shipping box, the content box was slightly damaged. Opened the content box, my new Dometic CU98 compressor was intact and as of today, installed and working perfect. Thank you SVB! Cost of compressor with shipping, was 1/2 the price of the exact same thing here in SXM, and they call this place the duty free island??

The worst service you can ever get on earth !!!!
Bought some eletronics and spare parts to be delivered in the UK on the 26th of March. My item have not beem delivered yet and i have zero support.

Only the sender "contractor" can reach DHL and they refuse to do it.

They refuse to help or to move a single finger !!!

Sorry but in today's world this is unacpetable.

There are 1000 of choices out there. Why take the chance ?

The delivery to Spain did not work. My saved choice of delivery was an UPS service point in Valenca. I clicked something wrong and it changed to DHL - DHL refuse to deliver to a service point here in Valencia and if I want my parcel I have to go by bicycle about 20 kms x 2.
Not long ago I bought tinned cables 70 mm2 but got not tinned. I got a refund but had not the time to send them back and wait for the correct ones. The damage was already done.
Today its almost 2 weeks and I have not gotten my parcel. DHL are returing it to Germany so I have told SVB that they can keep what I bought and also the about 30 euro. Never more SVB!

Won't be buying from SVB again. Online shopping experience was very poor: I tried to cancel within 3 minutes of hitting the order button but there was no cancel button available for my order, despite the website saying to simply use the cancel button. SVB never responded to my emails to withdraw from the order. The items came anyway, and now I have to pay postage to return them. Predatory online shopping website.

We went first to the company last year and noticed that this is one of the best companies in their category! Orders and delivery from outside of Germany has been perfect in all ways. Absolutely to recommend!!!
