Keep sending same letters

Keep sending same letters with stupid questions like if i do any sports or play music or if i have cousins abroad. Like why the hell do you care, it has nothing to do with my kid. I’m trying to get money for my kid for MONTHS. It’s pathetic, I have no words. In my country I spent 15 minutes on documents and then I got my money after short time. Here they sent me so many documents, I had no space on my table to put all pages on it to see it clearly. Like what the hell is this? It’s not professional at all! I think they make it on purpose to not give us money!

Follow up communication not done

Follow up communication not done, survey sent twice which was good to show they know they need help on matters. Awaiting follow up. A word of advise is to keep your clients informed on all matter on a constant basis and to have things digital.
