The staff stood out from other dealerships. Jacob a trainee supported me in my choice of car and he in turn was supported by his Manager and colleagues to complete my purchase. Throughout the whole process I was fully supported to ensure my experience was 5 star.

Amazing service
The guys at suzuki did everything possible to ensure I got the finance I wanted for the car I wanted, they handled everything perfectly can’t thank Stuart Ryman enough. They called me every step of the way and took care of everything regarding exchanging my old car and even sorted the new car tax out so everything was sorted the day I went to collect my new car. Exceptional service!!

Recently purchased suzuki vitara ! Cant fault the garage! All my questions has been answered promptly! I have been provided with courtesy car until my car was ready to collect! There was few cosmetic issues after the purchase one phone call and i have been booked in for the issues to rectify!

I couldn’t fault Luscombe Motors. I had decided I wanted to sell/part ex my vehicle as I was working from home and didn’t use it and therefore wanted something cheaper.
From the moment I enquired the customer service was brilliant, Charlie handed my deal from start to finish and I couldn’t be more thankful.
I live nearly 4 hours away, so it’s always worrying when purchasing a car without seeing it. However, it was how it was described (even better if I’m honest) ! I would highly recommend then and it was definitely worth the journey up to Leeds :) thank you !

I took my Mitsubishi in last Wednesday, there were a couple of things needed doing, which I was okay with. Then silence I need my car, but when I’ve rung up I’ve been told I’m sales I don’t know anything, I’ll send an email, I’ve had to give same info a couple of times today already. I rang at 9.50 no reply 12.23 still no reply
Surely someone could walk 50 yards and ask what’s going on, rather than send an email the

Great customer service from Charlie who called me when I wasn't expecting to get another car and explained how I might save a bit of money due to the current used car market, despite my current car needing some cosmetic work doing. He was very helpful and answered all my questions, and helped me get a great deal and shiny new car!

We dealt with James, who was so helpful and informative.
He delivered the car to my home, and connected my phone for me.
James showed me all the technical things I needed to know, he was so thorough and patient.
I have never bought a Suzuki before but I am so glad I did.
They give the best customer service than any other dealership I have dealt with.
James sent me a video prior to purchasing the vehicle which was so helpful.

Brilliant customer service
Ross Travis, the Sales Executive, was magnificent. He was very transparent with all the details and wanted what's best for the customer. He was extremely professional, polite and helpful. The reception team behind the desk were also really helpful and made shopping at Luscombe a pleasure.

Luscombe Suzuki is the best car dealership I have ever dealt with
Three years ago I bought a Suzuki based on the recommendation of my daughter, who had previously bought a Suzuki from Luscombe. My subsequent experiences with various aspects of the Luscombe dealership were all positive and pleasant. This included Robin Luscombe himself talking to us when we needed advice. When it became time to trade in recently I bought another Suzuki from Luscombes and omce again it was a very happy experience. I will keep coming back to this dealership as all thye people here are very friendly and efficient and on a mission to make car buying, servicing etc as good an experience as possible. As they say "we won't sell you a car, we will help you to buy a car".
