Unwanted extra chargees
I have order a sweater and at checkout there is no mention of potential additional charges. Due to tarifs btw US and Europe I had to pay additional $80.
It would be good to be transparent with your guest or at least notified at checkout.

Color difference
The T-shirt is good quality and it has the right size. But the colors are a bit off, I checked the website with photos en saw that the colors don’t completely match the described photos. The colors are in reality much more dark en less colorful. I am a bit let down because I was hyped for the new T-shirt and the colours just don't match :/
