The staff are very friendly. They greet you when you walk in and are quick to help whenever you ask. They have a wide range of sizes in stock, so you can almost always find something to take home. It’s a neat, spacious store with nice, atmospheric music

Updating my original review.
I ordered a couple of long-sleeved shirts that looked great, but unfortunately they didn't fit. I arranged a return and ended up sending the package myself via PostNL. The package was lost, leaving me with no clothes and no refund.
I contacted customer support expecting a difficult conversation, but after just a couple of messages they sorted everything out and refunded me.
What impressed me wasn't just the refund, but how easy and human the interaction was. I went from feeling completely stuck to feeling genuinely taken care of. It's rare to come across customer support that makes you feel that way.

Ordered limited edition, suddenly no stock
I ordered a jumper which was limited edition, i paid and waited. Then the next day they send an email they dont have it anymore and i will get a refund later and a giftcard for the socks i ordered with it.
I shouldn't have been able to buy it if there is no stock. And should also get money back or the socks still since i ordered it.
