Ordered in march and didn’t received the order. Do not reply on my mail too

I didnt get my full order, and i've waited for over 3 months for the rest. Also, wrong sizes.

Baddest website I ever ordered. I got my product but in the wrong size, since that I wrote like 18 email but they never answered one a single one! Please never order there! (I ordered like 4 Months ago)
It’s funny how I can said under this review that suspectclo should be informed about this review with the email address info@suspectclo… but it seems like they never even checked this email address

Ordered, on release (pre-order) never recieved the order.

Its been since 2023 september.

Customer support is quoted to be 24/7 but has never worked.

Never order from here.

Scam I ordered from them and still havent recieved anyhting they claim that they fixed the customer support but still i haven’t had any response.

After many shortcomings and a long wait time they were able to communicate and resolve problems well, granting me a large discount on future purchases which i am very grateful for

I’ve ordered my package on march 21 2024 and nothing many emails sent nothing not even one word about my order

Unfortunately, the contact 'help' email on their website bounces back. I have had no response to any of my attempts to contact them, and I still haven't received the joggers. I spent £75 on a pair of joggers for my son in March and have not received them. I would avoid shopping on this site, and it should be taken down. I doubt I'll ever see that £75 again. Wish i checked out the reviews first.

Scam. Ive had the same problems as everybody else has. I returned the joggers waiting for the refund. Its been 3 months now and still no money back. He said they fixed the customer support but still no answer from them. He also keeps deleting my comments asking for my money on his tiktoks

I paid for my tracksuit 201 days ago, nothing has arrived yet, none of my emails requesting refunds answered, awful company and unbelievably unprofessional.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Terrible, paid extra for "high quality shipping" and still not arrived nearly 3 weeks after buying. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Tried contacting but all their email addresses are fake. 0/5 stars.

Trash. I ordered something and they don’t respond on any questions about my package. They also delete my instagram comments where I ask questions about the shipping. Avoid these scammers.

said next day shipping, only responded to me when I was asking about the product to buy but now can’t get through to them after multiple emails and instagram dms, been almost a month with no update

Didn’t get my package

Terrible. They have made me wait for over 4 months now and I still haven’t received anything don’t buy from them they’re scam artists.

I've ordered a trouser on September 23, which took 4 months to come. Since the beginning, I have not received any updates regarding my order, until a few days ago telling me that my package has been shipped. But in the meantime I sent them several emails asking for updates, but no answer. Now that i have received my package, I want to return it, but I can't, since the website don't allow me to return it.

I have got my joggers now so that isn't the problem like i can see others have. But now i can't get to return them. And as all the others say, they are impossible to contact!
Their service is terrible

Awful Company. They real you in with a big build up to clothing items but don't follow through. Endless delays, they ignore emails, or the email addresses come back unknown. They've had my sons money for almost 3 months now. Steer clear of them. Have reported them on Paypal now so may eventually get my son his money back but not holding my breath!

I ordered over 2 and a half months ago. Since about 2 months they keep telling the same story about production problems, etc.
About 3 weeks ago they said that every order will be shipped within the said week. Nothing. No email, no package, nothing. It probably is a scam, so do not order from them. You can't reach them in any way, all the e-mails are not existing as well as the phone number. They also have no imprint anywhere on their website which is illegal as far as I know.
