To be honest i am not very good with internet shopping but i seen two pairs of heart earrings on this website which i thought would be ideal gifts for my two Nieces. I called and spoke to a lovely lady called Sharon who was understanding, very patient and talked me through how to order them.
They arrived within two days , very neatly packed and the gift packaging was the icing on the cake.
The girls absolutely love them and have added Melchior Jewellery to their favourite websites.

Absolutely mangled my daughter's ears. Very disappointed and disgusted that the earrings bent and broke.

Smooth transaction from purchase to delivery. Good communication by email when delivery dispatched. Friendly team to contact. Good sturdy screw backs. Earrings looked better in real life and little one happy. Will order again.

Company took little interest when courier didn’t deliver my order. Insisted I sign a disclaimer before they would refund (16.00!). I refused to sign as other companies chase courier and refund automatically. My contract was with them and the courier is their problem, not mine. Ridiculous. Not recommended for service - I additionally waited a week for a delivery that never happened.
