I have joined survey network about 6 years ago and it was very good, I receive my reward for the surveys a bit late, but still I receive it and then when I withdrew £20 , I get them in my PayPal account after a couple of days. But last year I have withdrawn my money and waited for it but nothing. Also I have noticed that I couldn’t log in so I contacted the support team, they didn’t reply but I then tried to log in and I could, but my payment has never been received. So I emailed them so many times regarding my payment, but no response whatsoever been received. I didn’t complete any surveys for a while but then about 4 months ago I thought I will give another try, maybe there was a technical fault or something. I have reached £20 again, withdrawn and again nothing. I contacted them again and nobody responded. So I feel like it is a waste of my time and like they are conning me, I compete surveys for them for free.
