I've been waiting for my withdrawal for more than a month and they don't respond, they don't say anything about the money, they don't respond to emails or calls

I’m try to contact with an assistant on web chat but nobody answer me. I try to contact email via too but i don’t have feedback.

Passed and did not hear from anyone. Match Trader (their trading platform) dropped them on April 5th and they told the community mid May while still selling accounts.
I recommend looking at others recent reviews.
I will be happy to change the review If someone reaches out to me, but nada so far. I hope I wasn't scammed. I googled "surge trader scam" and the husband of the wife who runs ST was sued by the SEC for a Ponzi. So I'm not sure what to think at this point. They are expensive and to pass and not hear from anyone via phone or email (not even an auto email canned response) is a bummer.

I got banned from Surgetrader Discord community yesterday because I told everyone that I went to an attorney for the 91K they owe me.

Update: They let me back on their Discord on 5/23, but still no payout.

I've been a funded member with Surge for a few months now and yesterday some members in the discord server were talking about how they haven't been paid for months and I asked them that they should come here and give Surge a one-star review. I got banned from the discord server for this. Stay away from this company. Don't be fooled by their discount. They treat their funded members like garbage.

This review may hurt me, because I am currently a customer with SurgeTrader. What was once the standard in the industry, now feels all too familiar (hence the title). While some customers refuse to post 1 star reviews (because they want Surge to keep recruiting customers in hopes that the audition fees will help them get more money to pay past due invoices to profitable traders), most are incredibly frustrated with how Surge is treating their customers. Here are 10 reasons why you shouldn't join Surge:

1. I signed up for Surge before the migration and was forced to sit on my hands for nearly two months. I was receiving updates a week or so from another prop company that's new, before Surge, which has been in prop trading years before this other prop.

2. THE DISCORD COMMUNITY IS INCREDIBLY DEPRESSING. Everyone is upset, and for good reason. There are a few people who try to keep a positive outlook, but the reality is, most are upset, have been patient, and it seems like it's all for nothing.

3. DISCORD MODERATORS ARE TERRIBLE. They delete comments that mention Surge's obvious liquidity issues. They don't respond to inquiries.

4. CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS ALMOST NON-EXISTENT. When sending emails as an existing customer, with concerns, they send the same copied and pasted, vague messages they send everyone else. (Just look at the responses they place on trustpilot.) If you know anything about customer service, you know this is unacceptable. (The Ritz Carlton became what it is by focusing on the subtle, yet different needs of each customer).

5. PAYOUT DELAYS. The model of their payout structure is to space out payouts 30 days. Customers have been waiting since March and April and still nothing. I've been in the discord for over a month and I've seen two verified payouts (each one less than $1,000). The reasoning has been that they are processing payouts in the order they have been received, but everyone active in discord knows its all a lie. There are traders who have outstanding invoices over a month old and the two I've seen get paid out were only 3 weeks or so old. They seem to be going in the order of smallest payouts ONLY.

6. PAYOUT DELAYS. Even IF they pay, you cannot treat Surge as a legitimate prop firm. Many are using props to produce a consistent, scheduled way of producing income. The fact that they keep telling customers "there is no timeframe as to when payouts will be completed" gives no confidence to those who have been waiting for weeks.

7. PAYOUT DELAYS. The structure of the payouts is for you to get an approved payout, then you can begin trading the account again, to make more money for the next payout period. They aren't paying, which causes the traders who are owed a payout, to not even be able to trade on the fresh account, furthermore causing delays in producing income.

8. MARKETING>CUSTOMER CARE. I can speak for 99% of the customers of Surge. We feel slighted at the fact that we see the CEO and others flaunting fast cars, private jets, etc. marketing to new customers, all the while not taking care of the existing customers who have used their hard earned money to purchase accounts.

9. MARKETING>CUSTOMER CARE. They are still marketing 100% payouts, payouts from day 1, flash auditions, etc. Outside of the customers who are owed money, even the customers who have passed 1 phase flash accounts, and 2 phase accounts, are having to wait weeks to receive the funded accounts.

10. MANUAL SYSTEMS. All of these issues are being blames on manual systems. Surge has been in the game far too long to not have systems in place to make everything more efficient than it was in the past. Everything good about Surge has deteriorated and no longer exists.

I still have an audition account, but not taking it seriously, because I'm afraid that I'll experience the disappointment that everyone is. It feels like they are using a last ditch effort to make as much as they can and then sail off into the sunset, while laughing at everyone who thought they were legitimate.

Fake 4-5 star reviews… These people really are shady and liars. It took weeks to months of waiting for me to finally do a review on this company…

Its filled with lies and MAJOR PUSHBACKS. If you have bills you want to pay and etc. DONT RELY ON THESE GUYS… I am honestly just so done man, this company will probably be the cause of a high suicide rate at this point its very unacceptable of the lack of transparency and communication aswell as payouts and accounts not being sent out in a respectable or timely manner. THEY HAVE CLIENTS WAITING MONTHS FOR PAYOUTS AND STILL HAVENT RECIEVED THEM

What a rubbish service and fraudulent conducts on my account.
I got funded with surgetrader more than a month ago and then I made some gains but when I withdraw I might have accidentally clicked rejected button but nobody helped me from support so I started sending proofs in their discord channel to say that my payout was rejected and i can’t submit another one and no one is helping from support.

They ended up banning me saying that i was spreading misinformation about a company and they claimed that they pay on time.
Then somehow my payout was approved but its been month since it’s sitting approved but they haven’t paid single penny.

Completely goon behaviour from them convinced me asking them when will my payout be sent, they said next week on April 25 . Today is 15 may and I still haven’t received anything and my account was suspended.

If you ever make profits and point issues in their system they ban you so you can’t make more profits. I do not recommend surgetrader to anyone. FTMO has been treating me well since then and they’re renowned and stable , not like surgetrader.

Surge is luring everyone in their promotions and being money grabber since their migration and haven’t paid since then.

They are not paying from last couple of months. Don't lose money by joining their funded challenges. I worked really hard for so many months to accumulate those profits and now they are stuck with them.
Surge trader is still offering these new challenges even though they are not paying.

My question is why weren't you honest about the platform upfront. If I would have known that the platform was not working properly I would have never signed up until all the bugs were fixed. I disputed the charges but was denied. I had the 420.00 I paid taken back out of my account which made me overdrawn. I was using Surge Trader as a source of income to support my 13 year old Autistic son. Although 420. may not seem like a lot but when you do not have it its everything. Do the right thing Surgetrader. Reopen my account of 420.00 or give me my money back. Thanks to you I have no way to feed my Family because of your error in judgement. The product was not working as promised I did not get an instant account after I paid the fees . The platform did not work after I got it. I am a 67 year old retired disabled individual and every penny counts when it comes to supporting my Family. Although the top level of Surgetrader appear to be successful it is us the little guys who are bearing the brunt of it all. I do not know how these people can sleep at night with no care or concern with what is happening to it's traders. Do the right thing moving forward Surgetrader. Help us by providing a working platform. The platform performs as promised. Hope this helps somebody to not fall into the same trap. The woman on the page looks good on the outside but yet again like most the heart is full of greed for the money and they do not care who they hurt to get it. The love of money is the root of all evil.

Passed my challenge, got my funded account will get to payout stage to see if they will because everyone apparently not getting payouts, avoid as it may be a rug pull. Disappointed until they prove otherwise.

Payouts are delayed several weeks. Most people are assuming we won't get paid. Customer service provides non-answers. They are likely going out of business, still collecting fees while avoiding paying out successful traders, similar to the other firms that have failed recently. Avoid at all costs, unless they show evidence that they are paying traders.

I have not any issues with dealing with customer service. Everyone I have spoken to has been nice and helpful. My issue is with the platform. As a developer I can not write any code to automate trades based on any indicators. That is major. Also taking a position takes time especially if you have an account that requires stop loss. you have to manually enter order and set all the values. Suggustion there should be some setting that user can enable so once they make an order SP and TP are automatically calculated based on a specified value by the user in there setting. Trading is already very hard and this platform offers nothing to make trading smooth its quite the opposite. I am in phase I Acct 950026X

They refuse to pay the traders smh just look in the discord.

Bad service, they have dont respect the time limit didn't make any money the time during the migration. The new web browser to take trades not good.

They are not paying for weeks now. And their excuse is "high volume of requests". However they do have the time to reply quickly to negative reviews here with copy-paste messages
