Just closed all operations and lost all our money. I am owed almost 1.5k in unprocessed withdrawals and audition fees and this is nothing compared to what other guys need to receive from them.

Since 2022 I'm with Surge trader
And for me it was best funded company.
Yes, my withdrawal still not released 1st time this much late but before I always got my withdrawal.

I'm still with surge trader and hoping solve all the issues soon and again work together.

SurgeTrader has made changes along the way with what could be traded, but I adapted. The latest change was to their own trading interface. Everything about it was an improvement. I was also able to monitor and update my trades on my phone! I have never failed an audit, but it's been slow going for me. Recently, I've been making steady progress towards passing my audits and was looking forward to future payouts. This closure is a HUGE disappointment. I hope this site can be a way of communicating to the company my request to have my audit fees refunded. My accounts are 9500969 and 9512594.

SurgeTrader finally closed, they could not pay and they ceased services.
They owe me close to 13k neto plus the vaule of the account that they automatically closed when the announced the cease of operations.
NOTE:
Watch out and dont over invest in any prop, and just reinvest money you made out of trading with props, do not put your own money buying too many cahllenges. Just a tip from someoen that did bought too many accounts..

Will accounts that are in the process of taking the test be refunded? This is nothing but a scam and class action lawsuits will surely follow if not.

I bought a 25,000 challenge in 2023. Around the end of 2023 an email was sent that live accounts would switch over to simulated accounts. By February 2024 we were no longer able to use MetaTrader 4 or 5 so Surge had to migrate everyone to a different platform/match-trader.. The migration date changed a few times but we were finally back up and running literally a month later we're being told match trader has revoked their license, and as of 05/24/24 surge put out an announcement stating they are shutting down and have removed everything from the Discord channel. It was very unexpected, but maybe a good thing if they aren't following the rules.

Part way through a challenge and company closed down. No contact at all with regards to the refund! I would appreciate it if someone got in contact regarding this.

Complete scam. They stopped wirndrawls for months to promote new accounts being bought and then they have scammed and closed their company down.

Rug pull as previous reviewer had predicted. I recently bought 100k challenge and now they have ceased operations.

As of 2024-05-24, they just rug pulled. Go to their website, it says "closed." I was auditioning for $1M challenge and had 37% Profit Target.

Biggest scan of year , they just close the company and get out of way , no explain , no refunds , take all money of customers , you can wait many enquiries

I am HIGHLY disappointed in this company. SurgeTrader, this week, lost another partner Match-Trader which is a trading platform. I have been a customer for Surge way before the Meta-Trader dropping them. In the past weeks, I've read ALOT of their members on Discord are complaining about not being paid and now they have blocked the funded members page not allowing anyone to post. PLEASE PLEASE BE CAREFUL when thinking of doing business with this company. The founder and her husband has been investigated by the SEC a couple times and they have a team of people trying to take down comments and discredit anyone that talks about having a bad experience with their company. I've asked for my money bank several times and I've spent OVER $10,000 with the company.

After posting this message I went to the website and the company closed it's doors.

SURGETRADER is a complete scam and all of you who are representative of Surgetrader that are giving 5 stars and positive review about Surgetrader are scammers and should fear God before the wrath of God come upon you and Surgetrader . Surgetrader has never keep to its promises since l bought Audition account with my hard earned income ( 6500usd ) . This deceptive company initially promised traders "live funded account " after passing their audition accounts. In January 2024, Surgetrader suddenly breached the agreement and said they won't be able to offer " live Funded Account" and that traders who are not interested in " live Virtual Account" should contact them for them to refund thier audition fee. I contacted them and requested for refund of my audition fee but they refused to refund my audition fee ( 6500 USD ).
Since February to March 31st 2024, they claimed they were migrating all traders to another platform called " MatchTrader " and for 2 months , traders could not trade or do anything . Since April 1st 2024 , this heartless company denied me access to Thier new platform for no reason . I could not login to thier new platform to trade after the migration . I have sent several emails to them and have tried severaly to contact them via live support on thier website but they did not respond .
I lodged complaints on discord but they banned me for lodging complaints on the discord . Recently l heard from other traders in the discord that Surgetrader has not been paying them thier profits and has not been responding to them since February 2024 . And that the new platform ( MatchTrader ) that Surgetrader claimed they migrated traders to have stopped to partner with Surgetrader . And Surgetrader did not bother to communicate the truth to us and they are even scamming more people by selling audition account to new customers and deceiving more people . I have filed complaints with US SEC to help me out to get my audition fee from this scam company . Pls l need help more from anyone that can help me out on other relevant regulatory agencies l can report this to .

Bought a challenge with stop loss add on. After the migration to Match Trader, they refused to activate my account. I keep sending emails and reaching out to them but they do not respond or activate my account. I have been unable to trade for a month now. They are unethical and a complete scam.

I have not been payout in over a month. They can offer discounts, but not payout.

SO MY WITHDRAWAL REQUEST WAS APPROVED ON THE 15/05/24 & I WAS ADVISED BY THEM TO REGISTER WITH RISE TO RECIEVE MY PAYMENT WHICH I DID ON THE SAME DAY AND I EMAILED THEM BACK GIVING THEM THE RELEVANT INFO FOR THEM TO SEND ME MY MONEY BUT I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING BACK FROM THEM TO LET ME KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON. I HAVE EMAILED THEM EVERYDAY, TRIED TALKING TO THEM ON THE LIVE CHAT AND EVEN RANG THEM IN THE US AS I AM UK BASED BUT NOT ONE SINGLE RESPONSE AS IF THEY ARE IGNORING ME ON PURPOSE. I NOW DOUBT THAT I WILL EVER GET PAID OUT AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE. I WAS SCEPTICAL ABOUT JOINING THEM BUT GAVE THEM THE BENEFIT OF DOUBT AND TOOK THE RISK OF GIVING THEM MY HARD EARNED MONEY TO WORK WITH THEM WHICH I THINK NOW WAS A MISTAKE, I HAVE HAD A FEW ISSUES WITH THEM BUT THEY HAVE BEEN RESOLVED AFTER A FEW DAYS OF ME CHASING THEM UP. I UNDERSTAND THEY ARE HAVING ISSUES WITH THE BROKER NOW AND HAVE SUSPENDED ANY NEW CLIENTS FROM JOINING BUT MY WITHDRAWAL WAS SUBMITTED BEFORE THIS AND THE MONEY WAS EVEN WITHDRAWN FROM THE TRADING ACCOUNT SO I DON'T KNOW WHY THEY ARE DOING THIS. IF I DON'T HEAR ANYTHING BACK IN THE NEXT FEW DAYS THEN I WILL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER WITH THE RELEVANT BODY WHO OVER SEES THEM IN THE USA. THIS REVIEW IS NOT BY CHOICE BUT FOR THEM TO RESPOND AND LET ME KNOW WHEN & IF I WILL EVER GET PAID OUT?......
