T-shirts appear to be very good quality (bought as a gift so cannot tell how they will wash etc) and were delivered promptly.

I ordered a pair of boots, unfortunately they were faulty but the chap I spoke with couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Return/refund processed promptly and free return postage. It's a shame the item had an issue but not their fault and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
